Excellent stay
I loved the place not far from the beach I was feeling being home and close to everything. The service was very nice So clean, quiet, safe and beautiful place I am definitely coming back next winter.

Chambre dans petite villa individuelle ! Au calme dans un cadre bucolique tout proche des restaurants à pied ( 10 mn ) pas de petit déjeuner mais peu de monde dans ce genre d’hotel .... le but recherché. Propre et agencé avec goût bref j’y retournerai volontiers.

Very much surprised upon arrival. Sometimes you don’t really know until you arrive. And then you find a jewel a hidden treasure. Owner staff all were pleasant and friendly. Already planning on going again..

The room was very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. The Keurig style coffee pot was very convenient. You can walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. Parking was right outside the room.

Very clean room and efficient online checkin. Room 14 is great. I would only suggest you put a wall hook in the bathroom behind the door and also add a small bathroom stand next to the sink for setting down bath supplies. Otherwise a very nice room.

Love love staying here. Every time we come to Delray we stay here. Great staff, nice parking next to unit, units are comfortable and clean. Close to the avenue, walkable and safe area.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The area is quiet and safe; you can walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Parking is right outside the rooms, very convenient.

Room was clean, smelled fresh and was in good condition. Free parking at the hotel and short walk to the beach was a plus given limited beach parking. Remote check-in and check out was easy and convenient.

Perfect place to stay in this area. Reasonably priced, walking distance to the beach and other popular areas, rooms kept very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I return this is where I will be staying.

Rates were ok and room was clean. However, it is a long walk to go to the restaurants along most of the avenue toward Swinton, which are the better ones. Very dark around that area and some of the property. Noisy by the road as much traffic and difficult to cross the road there. Bed was ok. Hot water took forever and lukewarm shower. Ok if none of that worries you. Staff was nice. Phone call to # they give and good response since there's no real front desk. But they do try to help right away.

Beds are extremely high and I’m only 4’9” so it was very difficult for me to get on the bed. The beds are also too firm for me, so I didn’t sleep well. The hotel is older but very clean and excellent staff.

Clean and not secure
First off, the floors needed a deep clean or at least a swiffer mop. They were so grimy we couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. Second, every time we can back to the room it was unlocked. Door closed but unlocked. I am certain I locked it every time we left (we have the same lock at home) but housekeeping didn’t seem to understand how to work the lock or something because the darn room was always, always unlocked!! Housekeeping also did a half ass job every day. No linen changes except for towels. Nobody was ever available in the office to address my concerns.

The room was exceptionally clean. The building and everything is just really rundown. It’s a good place to stay but don’t expect a lot. The bed was quite comfortable.

They arent on location. Had to wait til 4pm for anyone to check me in. Not there at check out either. On an infernally noisy road. Other side has plane noise. Bright light outside my room made it seem like daytime all night. Odd roku tv. couldnt get normal stations. Old. weird clients. No way this is a 9.2.
