Old styled hotel
This hotel needs to be refreshed. All is old style, staff is only hoping for tip. Rooms need's to be refreshed as well. They know that there is no other four or five star around so they are free to fix prices without competition. I use to stay there many times but when they ask over 300€ per night for a single room, this is abusive!! But when they saw there were not complete, I got a room for 75€ breakfast included! It's a joke!

A éviter à tout prix
Une boite de nuit dans l'hôtel jusqu'au matin, dont la musique s'entend jusque dans les chambres. J'ai relevé 80 décibels à 3 heures du matin dans la chambre alors que j'étais au dernier étage. Le personnel est impuissant. Le confort de l'hôtel est convenable mais les chambres commencent à dater, nécessitant une rénovation. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Hotel excentré par rapport aus centres d'intérêt
Notre réservation n'a pas été respectée (chambres concomitantes) bien que l'une des chambres l'était d'où un problème de voisinage bruyant qu'il a fallu régler à la réception en haussant le ton. Sinon les chambres sont grandes, confortables et lumineuses. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et le personnel d'étage au petit soin avec le client. Côté petit-déjeuner, c'est une catastrophe pour le personnel en salle (trop de managers et pas assez d'exécutants) malgré un excellent service côté restauration. Le restaurant du dernier étage a une vue splendide et une restauration quelconque par rapport au prix (100€ pour 4). Les autres services sont correctes avec un plus pour l'espace Fitness et la piscine.

Surprise.
Vintage hotel. Very good staff and sevice.Staff always eager to assist you with a smile. This is always a plus. Great value for money. very good breakfast. All the sevices of a 5 stars but with an affordable price. Will stay again if visiting Dehli again.

Très bon hotel, mais malade au restaurant
L'hôtel est très bien : chambre, service, localisation. Mais je ne peux m'empêcher de repenser à la mauvaise nuit passée après avoir mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. Etais-je le seul ?

Hotel is in a great location send is about 10/15min drive away from the main attractions in central Delhi which make it very convenient. The buffet breakfast spread was also very good with live cooking counters. The rooms and some areas of the hotel are abit dated but make sure to request a newly renovated room on the 5th floor!

Dejlig base til en fornuftigt pris
Dejligt ophold. vi var 2 dage i Dehli og brugte hotellet som base. små forretninger i nærområdet. vi havde rejst i Indien i 14 dage og blev meget overrasket over rengøringen standarten som var det bedste vi har oplevet på ferien.

Average hotel , noisy and could not sleep
The hotels looks nice from inside , but as soon as we approached the front desk that’s when things start to go downhill, the staff on first impression are arrogant and don’t smile. Not what I expected upon arriving. They don’t give us the welcoming feeling. I traveled with my family of four from UK and booked two separate rooms. The hotel was doing renovations work on the floor above our room and they decided to place us on the floor below. On our first day we were out in the morning till evening so did not hear the noise . I wasn’t going to complain, there were a few flaws which I overlooked such as the lifts are rubbish and kept stopping at every floor, when you go for a swim there are swimming lessons occurring for non hotel guests, the instructors constantly shouting so you can’t relax at the pool. The front security staff looked grumpy and over worked!! , they only started smiling after I made the first move. The thing which threw me over the tipping point was on our second day , the construction work continued until 8pm at night and the noise is unbearable. There’s constant banging and drilling and felt our ceiling above was going to collapse. You can’t hear yourself think or get any sleep. I made a complaint but they did not provide a refund only slight reduction on my bill and this was after I vented my frustration to several managers and constant waiting around while they delegate their authority to the next manager. This Hotel not for me.

Voldeed prima aan onze verblijf, Netjes, hoewel in het begin de boeking niet goed was doorgevoerd gaf dit bij aankomst in de vroege ochtend behoorlijk frustraties. Het heeft wel even geduurd maar dit werd ook netjes opgelost. Verder was onze verblijf prima. Hotel is uitstekend Management kan iets beter! Tip: check vooraf bij aankomst naar je kamer.

Avoid the hotel if you can
The stay was average, but the last day was very disappointing. I had booked a car for 9:30 to the airport directly with the hotel, which showed up 45 minutes late. Very little response from the hotel staff. Additionally, I had already checked out and was having coffee in the reception area when someone from the hotel came up to me to say they had forgotten to charge me for a laundry service. The amount was not the issue, but I had paid the laundry service when the clothes was delivered to me, and not added it to my room. I tried to explain this to them several times, but they kept insisting that I owed 6 dollars. In the end I just gave in and paid the 6 dollars but this was very annoying. Instead of having a nice cup of coffee with my friend before leaving, I ended up in a discussion over laundry bills and upset for a very late ride to the airport. I would avoid this hotel.
