Très bel hotel, grande qualité de service
Le hall d’entrée donne la mesure de cet hotel des l’arrivée. Accueil de qualité et très efficace. Les chambres sont propres, de belle taille et très agréables.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Malgré un accueil de mauvaise qualité du à un congrès en cours, la direction a su bien réagir en s'excusant suite au premier avis écrit sur l'appli d'hôtel.com. En ce qui concerne la piscine, fermée pour travaux jusqu'au 31 mars, il est dommage que nous l'ayons pas su au moment de la réservation, nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hôtel. Pour ce qui est de notre séjour : excellent petit déjeuner, l'espace sport et spa est aussi de grande qualité. Très bon massage, notamment par Wilson ! Il est très agréable de pouvoir profiter du spa pour se laver avant un vol de nuit. Tout est fait pour vous rendre votre départ agréable malgré un check out fait le matin.

One of the best hotel in India. Staff are friendly and show a lot of care in making your stay comfortable. The pool is open until 10pm making for a wonderful way to end your day. Highly recommend staying here.

Taj Palace Hotel has the best hospitality system. Hotel Facility, Service and Food are one of the best in the world. Impressive!! Especially the 4 Big Glass Bottles of Water for drinking everyday is provided free of charge everyday. (This is excellent idea!!)

I liked the hotel very much, the food selection was good. The hotel is very clean and quiet and the frint desk staff were very professional and courteous,however, the food serves were a bit slow in taking orders and would not follow up to see if l wanted another glass of wine or had any question.

Excellent staff always available to help. Proactive and courteous, it was an absolute pleasure. The upgrade for the family being the cherry on the top! The property is not new and hence some pressures around the seams were noticeable. Rooms had carpets stained from countless days of hospitality, the WC’s had cheap seats and toilets/bathrooms are in dire meeds of refurbishment.

We had a wonderful time at the Taj Palace. Every single staff member was helpful polite and courteous. There was a lovely fragrance throughout. The staff upgraded us so that the kids and we could be on the sme floor a few doors from each other. We made use of the spa and felt totally pampered. We stepped out for dinner and found good options literally across the street. It was easy to get rides on Uber. We can’t wait to come back!

Very much enjoyed the property. The guest services greeted us with an upgrade to the club floor. Aryan Saxena, Assistant Manager, was very helpful and even had a cake and balloon sent for my husband's bday. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Every morning, Sumit in the Capital Kitchen was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great stay in Delhi.

Pleasurable stay but the breakfast could have been organized better. Sometimes you have to go down to some banquet hall and other days right in the main lobby. Should have been at a set place. Also paid for both breakfast and dinner in the package but never got any dinner included. Always had to pay for dinner out of pocket.
