One day at Vasant Continental
We were upgraded to a Suite room. Very nice suite, bed. Very noisy because of wedding seasons. Beakfast excellent.

Very noisy, I asked quiet room but still had to sleep with earplugs. No soundproofing whatsoever. Needs updating - overpriced. Very basic. - rather 3 star hotel room. Found piece of broken glass next to bed and corners of room full of dust and cobwebs. Breakfast very basic - was very busy in morning - no tables/cutleries available, I was asked to take a table in “corridor” type area before dining room, luckily some people were finished their breakfast and got table in dining area instead but had problems to get cutlery. Not worth the price paid.

The staff was not attentive during breakfast hours. I stayed for 3 nights but had absolutely no acknowledgement of the same. I work with a lot of embassies in the area and lot of my friends and associates are Ambassadors and embassy officials, i would not refer them to this property even though its conveniently located. The staff is aloof most of the time and basic amenities have to be requested which makes it a chore in itself for the guest. The room was average at best. The housekeeping team was the only saving grace, they were prompt and tidy. I would not be staying here again when i visit india again.

Excellent Hotel: Highly recommended, Great Staff
Great hotel. Located in the heart of it all. Easy to get to the airport. Clean, Decent sized rooms. Good prices. Great restaurants. Room service was awesome! Cleaning services were amazing. We were in 702 and the cleaning staff was truly fantastic. Room service staff was wonderful too. Special shout out to Rajashree (housekeeping) and Kusum from the restaurant. Will definitely want to stay here again when we visit!

Generally good. Would recommend. Nice location in an upmarket area of Delhi but a bit far from the tourist attractions. Lovely hotel. Huge. Spacious rooms. Hot water, complimentary water provided each day, very clean. Number of dining options on the premises. Staff were very nice except the front desk, who were 'snobby'. Annoyed me. They won't let you charge anything to your room if you dine at the hotel or have a drink. All hotels allow you to do this but here they treat guests like they will not pay their bills!

I am a treat customer at this hotel. I like the location and the quietness of this place. I have to say that this time I felt things were not as good as they always are. The two USB ports in the room did not work. And nobody came to look at it even after I told them. There was no coffee in the room and only two tea bags and no green tea. There was no outlet that would take a US plug, usually all hotels provide hybrid outlets. Other than that, the service was great and the food was good too.

Very nice! The staff at the restaurant familiarized me with the Indian cuisine and made my breakfast complimentary! I really enjoyed the pool and also I discovered the convenient metro as the hotel is close to the Vasant Vihar station.

The hotel is never very good (3 star thinking it is 4) but this time they had very loud construction noise going on during the middle of the day. They never warned the guests of this. Given I had traveled 24 hours and needed to rest during the day before heading on, this completely ruined my ability to rest and when I complained the staff were rude and indifferent.

Despite our arrival after mid-night, staff were bright and cheerful and welcoming at the entrance and the Reception. This attitude was consistent all through our stay, e.g. at breakfast, in the restaurant at dinner, and at check out. A small problem with hot water in the bathroom was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
