hotel quartier des diamantaires.
Receptionniste tres competant,personnels d etage aux petits soins avec moi et surtout,j'ai pu avoir deux billets pour aller visiter le Taj Mahal a Agra et le fort rouge dans un delait d'une heure.ce qui m'a evite de chercher. malgres mon probleme de visa la direction de l'hotel c'est engagee a me garder jusqu'a obtention du visa de sortie ,je l'ai en felicite cela a duree trois jours .thanks you very much. jackpons

acceuil un peu froid et emplacement difficile a trouver mais propreter de l hotel ,la terrasse tres agreable ,ou l onpeus manger et un grand oui pour la literie extra matelas tres epais oreiller moelleu ambiance sympatique je recomande

They didn't want to let me in. I showed them I booked and paid. They gave me a room. Not happy faces. 15minutes in my room they cut WiFi. A couple hours later they cut the lights. They told me power was out on the whole floor and I had to leave. They kicked me out. Not friendly. There is no restaurant. Breakfast buffet is a small tray a runner brings to your room in the morning. Delivery, not buffet. No restaurants close. Only gold exchange and mobile phone accessories shops.

飛行機の遅延で0時ごろニューデリー入り。タクシーを捕まえるも案の定旅行代理店に拉致られ脱出しトゥクトゥクに飛び乗るも提携ボッタクリホテルに連れて行かれてそこも脱出。 野犬やホームレスから逃げ惑いながらなんとか午前２時にこのホテルに到着し入り口でセキュリティの方は寝ていましたが深夜でも快くチェックインさせてくれました。 朝食はチャイと卵焼きのサービス。 水は37ルピーで特大でよし。 ちなみに夜中の周辺はマジで野犬、ホームレスも多く日本人の感性からするとかなり不気味なエリアです。 シャワーは凄まじく勢いが弱いけどお湯が出ます！ チャイがおいしいです。

I liked the location. Interesting neighbourhood., but hotel run down. Our airport pick up didn’t arrive and we were told that the kitchen wasn’t doing breakfast. They did go and arrange breakfast however.

Very bad experience
I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life, vary bad experience not even 1 star for this.. No cleanliness, mosquitos in the room old air conditioning with noise sockets not working and much more I would not even suggest this hotel to my enemy as well

It is billed as the best boutique hotel in Delhia or something similar. That's a fanciful idea of someone, cause it can't possibly be true! Very disappointing.

God central beliggenhed
Hotellet var noget ramponeret, og ikke helt super rent. Men i.f.t. prisen og Delhi i det hele tage,t var det nok meget almindeligt.Til gengæld var der det mest imødekommende og hjælpsomme hotelpersonale, man kunne ønske sig. De gjorde alt for at hjælpe, og var interesserede, nærværende og informative. Dette opvejede den anden del så meget, at vi ikke ville betænke os på at komme igen. Og placering tæt på indkøbsgade, restauranter m.v. var også en stor fordel. Vi var 3 generationer mormor, mor, barn og følte os trygge i området

こじんまりとしたホテル
値段相応という感じでした。 インドでは仕方ないかもしれませんが、シャワーとトイレが一体になっており、シャワーを浴びるとトイレまで水浸しになります。 部屋のいたるところが結構古く、潔癖性の方は厳しいかもしれません。 スタッフは普通にいい人たちでした。 朝ごはんは定番のトーストとオムレット。 おいしかったです。 予想以上にホテル全体が少し古く、狭い印象を、受けました。 この値段ならもう少し上のホテルを探せるかも、と思いました。 ただ、めちゃくちゃ悪いわけではないですよ。

Nice Hotel with very warm and friendly staff!
Hotel BB Palace in Karol Bagh area is a nice place to stay. The hotel is in a busy area so almost everything is within reach. What attracted me the most was the warmth of the staffs and their friendly nature. They are helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious and well kept. The person at the reception Mr. Om Prakash is a gentleman for sure. Talks nicely and you would feel nice to get back to him in case of any problem. I am satisfied with the service and looking forward to stay here often. this hotel is a complete value for money. Only the food rate are a little on the higher side but I think that is alright. When you are out of your home you cannot expect everything to be perfect. Perfect shelter for solo travelers or family stay ! A hotel worth its price.

Really Nice stay
I booked this hotel for my parents and the hotel staff was really very helpful and accommodating.They had a pleasant stay and i recommend this hotel for stay.The hotel and the rooms were clean and the service was prompt.will not hesitate to book this hotel again.One of the better options in budget hotels category.

I was booked from 25/12/13 till 29/12/13 and back on 7/1/14 till 8th ...After booking this,hotel from viewing pictures in England and actually coming to this place I must really make a complain and informed you that you are making a big mistake to advartuize this place for what is really not!!!I .I refused to stay there any longer than 2 hours I packed and moved to a better place showers are eider very cold or very hot and you are provided with a plastic bucket to wash yourself!!!fridge are empty and dirty!!!!!!never about feeling safe and security ...my keys would open any doors!!!! I was not reimbursed for any nights

Dear Laura , Thanking you for your valuable feedback. but expect genuine reason , and also i would like to tell you about shower, one pipe for cold water and one for hot water you have to mix as you require we can't supply semi hot or semi cold water in a single pipe . it was our pleasure to serve you at least one night hospitality but you judge within a hour only to see very hot and very cold water that hotel is not good . your local friend from delhi wants to join you but we can't allow this for security purpose and that's why you have check-out , but It is esteemed customers like you who's suggestions will be our honor to serve you better to better hospitality again. Nice Hotel with easy approach
It's a nice hotel. I stayed twice there. Rooms are neat and clean, room service is good. Nice place for staying and sound sleep without any disturbance. Food quality is also good.

Great Hotel, Great Staff
Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was visiting on business and it was my first time to India. They were very helpful in giving directions, pointing out good restaurants, catering to my needs during my long two week stay. Nice size comfortable rooms, 24 hour service, great value.

single woman 55+ travelling
if you are a single woman over 50 travelling I would not recommend this hotel or area of Delhi unless you are a seasoned traveller in 3rd world countries .. The hotel staff were lovely but forgetful I only stayed a night and then found a great hotel close to Janpath and Connaught

Love you bb palace ...
I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and it was a sheer pleasure staying here in the true sense of it. The staff is very supportive, co - operative and friendly. The cleanliness is exceptional. The food is extremely delicious. It is a very safe hotel especially for single women travellers . The hotel is so centrally located that almost all important tourist attractions, public transportations , major markets and shopping areas are in close proximity.

Best boutique hotel in Delhi ,excellent hotel, superb staff ,amazing cleanliness, good Wi-Fi . good location is in the centre on Delhi Karol Bagh ,restaurant close to hotel are KFC ,McDonald, pizza hut and lot of bars around the hotel but nothing beats the hotel food it was delicious and price was also very reasonable TIP : try their chicken biryani and chicken Tikka masala it was divine. Well connected ,metro is 500 meters from hotel and bus stand is 20 meters ,the area is pretty safe This hotel is located on main road with three side open .which I didn't see in most of the hotel in Karol Bagh which don't have windows and is located in small residential area . This hotel is the best hotel in Karol Bagh it has been awarded the best boutique hotel in Delhi twice no wonder why .

Don't stay here
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked for too night only stayed one. Lost my money for the second night. It wasn't clean, noisy neighbouhood. Dogs barking all night. Windows too thin. Wouldn't recomemnd this to anyone.

We were very happy with the location of the hotel, Karol Bagh district. Perfect location for us as we were attending a indian wedding and needed sarees custom made for next day. Lots of tailors and jewellry shops near by. Also kfc, pizza hut and mc donalds near by. Seemed like safer choices after having "Delhi belly"....

hotel is situated in a dirty area. room is small and the bathroom is very old and needs renovation.

Klares Nein!
Kein free-wlan, Personal spricht gebrochen Englisch, Kreditkartenbezahlung nicht möglich, Lage mitten in Old Delhi, Drei-Bett Zimmer gebucht, Doppelbett mit der Aussage erhalten, man habe keines mehr übrig. In Indien generell lieber ein paar mehr Euro in Hotels investieren.

BB Palace Hotel Dehli geen echte aanrader
Hotel is enigszins verouderd. Afhankelijk van het personeel aan de receptie krijg je wel of geen aandacht voor je vragen. De ligging is wat excentrisch.

Hotel is disgusting!!
This hotel is rank! There's much better budget accommodation around; Its location is in a VERY filthy& built up street which is noisy 24hrs!! but is close to attractions. The towels were dirty&hard,we didn't use them!The sheets were dirty,wifi didnt wrk You have to ring&ask for hot water but you don’t get much as there’s a big bucket u have to fill&wash from! u can’t use the shower as an actual shower as it just floods the bathroom! They advertise hotel pick up but they didn’t pick us up even though they confirmed via email that they would be!Not nice when you land at 4am!!! We paid for a taxi ourselves &they offered to drop us at the airport at the end of our stay!fair enough even though the person at the front desk told us we paid twice the amount we should have paid 4taxii!(Should be 650rupees MAX) When we got the hotel transfer 2the airport it was a busted up fiat panda that turned up!! With no seat belts,the boot didn’t open so they had to cram our bags into the front passenger seat! AND we had a mouse in the room!! My wife left her eye liner pencil on the bed before we went out and when we got back it was chewed to bits and when I opened the fridge cabinet you could see it was full of mouse droppings!! We called the front desk,they sent2porters2 the room with a sticky pad2catch it with! After half an hr they caught it&just walked out&shut the door!! Leaving the mouse droppings&the chewed up pencil! The hotel has a horrible smell throughout.

BB Palace Hotel in Delhi review
Efficiency is not there. The room service had good and pleasant staff. We were not very happy with the front desk staff. Laid back. Not satisfied with their answers to our questions. Itinerary to Agra - Taj Mahal should be more clearly stated, explaining the jams on the roads, entrance fees, lunch included/excluded and so on.
