Bel hôtel
Très bel hôtel un peu loin du centre de Delhi. Tout était parfait sauf un bruit indéfinissable entre 4 et 6h du matin dans la chambre. Je m’attendais à un geste de l’hôtel en leur faisant écouter ce bruit que j’avais enregistré mais rien!

The pillows were dead in my room, there was a Sikh guy at front desk, I asked to connect to Wifi because I was not able to figure out, he stared at me with a serious look as if I am complaining about their wifi. Other staff is great but some of the front desk staff and senior staff are extremely cocky.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks. The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond his duties truly made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. Mr. Bodhraj's professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he efficiently checked us in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. One particular instance that stood out was when we expressed our desire to visit the Taj Mahal. Mr. Bodhraj took it upon himself to arrange a trip for us, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. He provided valuable insights about the best time to go, the recommended routes, and even suggested additional attractions in Agra to enhance our trip. His dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was truly commendable. Furthermore, Mr. Bodhraj's genuine care for our well-being was evident throughout our stay. El hotel parece ser bueno; sin embargo, las habitaciones no aíslan el ruido. Adicional a esto el hotel se renta para eventos por lo que suele tener multitudes y fiestas en las habitaciones por la noche. Una pésima opción si lo que se busca es descansar.

El hotel está en perfecto estado, el personal muy atento y amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que en algún momento el viaje estuvo en duda y no hubo flexibilidad aún 10 días antes de cancelar la reserva, esto sería algo en lo que deberían de poner atención, ya que es lo que me puede hacer dudar reservar una próxima ocasión.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so hospitable. The location is convenient to my family’s home and the metro stations were a quick Uber or auto rickshaw drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Property inside is excellent, however the surroundings need to be cleaned up TV selection of channels very poor. Though it has SMART TVs, the remote did not allow access to view YouTUBE Hotel using TOO much plastic bottles, a real environmental issue The bathroom lights need to be improved th prevent shadows when shaving

Staying at this property for many years in the past. Would be better if there’s some changes to breakfast menu which is good but people get bored if they stay for more days and have to eat same kind of food everyday

Nice hotel about half an hour from the airport. We stayed overnight before flying back home. Check-in was seem less and the room was excellent. There are many western eateries nearby including McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut.

I was disappointed that the cost of thebtaxi transfer was 3 times the amount of the prepaid from the airport to hotel. Its not nice to skin the patron.
