« The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. « The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid. »
