Just steps from the water, you'll enjoy breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental has everything you need for a stress-free stay, especially if you're traveling with little ones. While the boat is not included, you'll love fishing or swimming off the private pier.

The Space
Our cozy lake house is thoughtfully equipped with family-friendly amenities, including two highchairs, a booster seat, a Pottery Barn crib, a changing table, step stool, potty seat, and a bath seat. Each bedroom features blackout curtains and a white noise machine for a restful nightâs sleep. For water fun, we provide an "aqua lily pad" and inflatable rafts for swimming off the pier. In the evenings, gather around the lakeside fire pit to roast s'mores under the stars.
The outdoor space also includes a dining table and chairs, a Weber grill with a propane tank, and a gated deck to keep little explorers safe. The deck features a playhouse and kids' table. Inside, you'll find a cabinet stocked with games for family fun on rainy days.
Guest Access
Delavan Lake is a quick drive from the Chicagoland area, just under two hours from the city and western suburbs. The lake is perfect for fishing, boating, and relaxing, with a maximum depth of 52 feet. Please note that as the summer season progresses, lake grass grows and water clarity can be low.
For boat rentals and dining, we recommend Lake Lawn Lodge and The Inn Between. The Watershed bar/restaurant is within walking distance, while Fontana is just a 10-minute drive and Lake Geneva only 15 minutes away by car.
Other Things to Note
Parking is limited to TWO (2) tandem cars. There is no room for a boat trailer.
No smoking on the property.
No pets allowed.
