This place is amazing! I can’t say enough good things! Every time we go here, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious. The pool and hot tub are always clean and the temperatures are perfect. The only issue I ever have is having to leave! We will continue to go here as often as possible.

The resort has been updated since I last went some years back. Our room (109) was updated with nice decor and very spacious. Really had a wonderful time.

Really high priced and overrated for the service. They dont serve breakfast. They have complimentary coffee in the morning but that is not of good quality. They didnt do house cleaning during our stay after our first night. I tried to call for house cleaning but the phone in the room did not work. We went to the front desk at 9:30 AM, no one was there. The only good thing is the spacious room size.

Great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was a great size and loved having the kitchenette too. The resort looked recently remodeled too. Very nice, clean and modern looking. Great view of the lake too.

Would stay again, maybe in season
Never found a remote for the tv in the living space. Pull out was in poor condition. The high back chair had broken spindles. Curtain rods were not properly installed. It was not straight. Great layout and views. Actual beds were comfortable. Pack and play was offered for baby. Pool and gameroom were nice. For the price, atleast a continental breakfast would've been nice.

Thank you for the feedback, Robert. We will be quickly investigating these guest room items to ensure swift correction. While unfortunately we do not have a food outlet at our resort, there are a number of local destinations that I know would satisfy any breakfast craving. Make sure to let me know when you plan on coming back to the lake and allow me to share some of my favorites!

Upon arrival we noticed the garage had never been taken out from the previous guests. The ceiling tiles were old and had water stains. The vent on the ceiling had dirt all around it. The worst was the filthy carpeting. I was told they would come and get the garbage right away but they never did. I finally had to go to the front desk as the batteries in the tv remote did not work. The manager was at the desk. He was very friendly and explained that he wanted to ensure we woukd have a good stay. He then offered to upgrade us to a larger suite and reduce the price of our stay. Im not sure how the reduction of price works when paying through Travelocity though. The larger suite was bettee than the first but the carpet was still beyond acceptable. The rooms are outdated and lacking in simple maintenance. The resort has so much potential if they invested the updates needed and cleaned appropriately.

The hotel receptionist was not approachable and rude at check in and especially when we checked out. The game rooms pool table had plastic eggs stuck in the pockets making it inoperable. We informed the rude hotel receptionist and her comment was its service is outsourced. No darts to play darts as well. Every floors vending machine was out of order. The hotel receptionists coment was you need to use cash. We tried that several times with no results. Her next comment was the machines are outsourced. Very unprofessional. On a good note, the room was nice and spacious with a side view of the lake. Overall rating 7.

Suites 301 was top notch , suite 303 had a door lock problem , the door wouldn’t latch . Suites 301 and 303 were decorated perfectly, had toaster oven and grill which were perfect . Suite 327 was mediocre looking , the recliner was broken , no remote for the upstairs TV .

I am completely in love with this place!! Our condo was beautiful and it exceeded my expectations! I even went on to book another weekend here. I would recommend this property, hands down! A definite 5⭐️ resort!

Gorgeous view of Lake Delavan. Two big pools one outside and one inside which were heated. Place is spotless and well taken care of.

It was very clean and staff was great! The only downside was our room was very dated, things were broken, bathroom towel rack was half out of wall, laminate tiles in kitchen were very dirty and need replacing. For the price, it was a little more expensive for what you got, if our room was updated, the price would’ve been fine

Cute resort but needs TLC
We overall loved the layout and space of the resort. Both pools were well maintained and we were happy the arcade was decent although pool table remained jammed with our coins. The location is close to Williams bay beach and Lake Geneva. It was nice to return to a quiet and quaint place after hustle n bustle. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We were unhappy with the condition of the main sofa. Visible dirt/stains were there as well on the ancient carpet. We must've gotten an outdated room as we saw other units with gleaming hardwood floors and updated fixtures. Room 327 needs updates if the resort wishes to get consident good reviews. New sofa and flooring in main area is a must. I also would recommend more knives (3) and leaving guests a sponge/broom to tidy up. These improvements would make this place really shine.
