« We turned up and there was already a family in the property, we had no way of contacting someone and the family kindly gave us the owners number who contacted us the next day but the night we arrived we were left stranded after 4 hours of driving with no where to stay with 3 young children.
I would not book again »

« The house is in a very good condition and fully furnished in all rooms, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and the kitchen and a nice yard, which is the best as I have experienced. Very satisfied with this house and the landlord. Strongly recommend. »

« Cottage was great, handy book with info, few treats left for us including treats for our dog. Had a great peaceful comfortable relaxing stay. Some bits id recommend would be an edit to description of closed off garden/front area, couldn’t leave dog out there off lead for toilet as wall very low he could jump it easily if he wanted to. Although instructions were given for location, those using tech would benefit more from coordinates or using the ‘what three words’ function to pin-point...

« We had a great stay at The Roost in July. Warm and welcoming host. Very quiet location in a peaceful rural village. A very comfortable property, with thoughtful additions for bringing a dog to help them feel settled. Lovely aspect from the living area and cottage features aplenty. Well situated for exploring all across Cornwall. Would recommend and return. »
