« Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful....

While I did have great communication with the property management there were issues with items broken before I arrived and I never saw anyone come by to check out the damage nor did I hear anything else from property management on the issue. « Place was great. The price was right and it was clean. However, furniture was very flimsy and or broken. The water faucets in the bathtub were broken and had to call a plumber in to fix it. The stove, the adequate, is really old. Had a broken chair in the kitchen. The beds are very rickety and was concerned it would come off of the headboard. If it wasn’t for the rickety furniture and faucet and one of the burners not working and the broken chair, the place and the price is clean it’s...

« Great location and walk to beach and restaurants. The condo was awesome and Stephanie (our host) was great. We had a minor problem, contacted Stephanie and she responded within a couple minutes and had the problem fixed asap.We would stay here again. »

« Great location. Spacious apartment stacked with all the amenities. Friendly neighbors. Quiet and good air conditioning. WiFi was not good and dropped signal multiple times per day. Also, the property management goes through another online company… Vacasa… And the people that answered the text messages did not know the property or provide answers that were particularly useful when questions were raised. However, overall the property itself and location made this a great stay. »
