This little house and owner are wonderful! The house was extremely clean; I have always disinfected all properties before my family unloads, but I felt like I did not have to for this property! The furnitue and beds are very comfortable. The jetted tub was neat for my young son. The master shower is beautiful. Everything in the house is modern and updated. There is wifi, which is fairly fast, but there is no television. This was alright with us as we spent family time playing board games that were provided in the closet. Other things that were available in the house for our use: a small fan, pack-n-play and small waterproof mattress for a baby, extra comforters and sheets, plenty of extra toilet paper and paper towels, paper plates. Owner provided lots of extras: watermelon bubble bath, small snacks like popcorn and crackers, a few juices and waters in fridge, coffee and a few other beverages for Keurig, water purification pitcher filled in fridge. There were tiny packs of toothbrushes/toothpaste, q tips, and make up wipes incase we forgot them. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to cook a meal as well as silverware and dishware. There is also a grill, utensils, and charcoal provided! The house sits on about 1 acre of cleared land but is in the country and surrounded by woods in back and trees on both sides. Owner has labeled all switches in the house and some cabinets with contents, which was very helpful for us. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. I wish all VRBO rentals and owners were like this one!
