Great location well appointed house.

We stayed at this house when I daughter was married several years ago. The house is comfortable , very clean and well appointed. We love the location since it is walkable to restaurants, the museum and interesting shops downtown.

Home is super cute and has plenty of room.The hosts provided all the little necessities should we have forgotten something. Home is close to downtown DeLand which is become amazing with all the different shops, restaurants and bars.

Stayed here to visit my sisters who spend the winter in Florida. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. We liked it very much. Close to the adorable downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Will return.

The property was wonderful as was the location. We did have an issue with the heat and needed to contact the property manager. She was amazing and solved the problem immediately. We would definitely arrange another stay in this property on our next visit to Deland.

Cute little house that's not so little!

I was impressed with the renovations that have been done. The house provided two rooms for my daughter and her husband and their two daughters close to each other and a master suite that allowed my husband and I to enjoy being with them, but not be disturbed by them. It served as a great home base as we visited family in Florida. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great Location

We were here for our daughter’s graduation from Stetson. Overall this property was good. The location was great. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable.

Place is great to stay. The bedroom that has the sofa bed is really an office. There wasnt a closet or dresser to put away clothes in. Both front bedrooms also didnt have mirrors, so was difficult getting ready when only sharing the one bath. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

trouble

due to delayed flight i arrived late evening. i had trouble with the lock box and could not get hold of anybody. I had to stay at a hotel the first night. After that my communication with the contact was good. the contact was apologetic and said they had talked to VRBO about refunding me the first day. I'm still waiting to hear from VRBO about this.

Cozy Cottage

My family enjoyed the amenities and cozy cottage in DeLand. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner. The energy and vibrancy of this wonderful college town was wonderful. The space was very accommodating and well appointed. Great visit.

Stayed to move my freshman into college at Stetson University. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved having access to washer and dryer. Great location, right across from Stetson! Can’t wait to stay again when we go visit!

Very Nice Home

The house was very nice and the neighborhood was great. My only complaint was poor Wi-Fi in the house. And lack of TV in master bedroom. Overall very nice home.
