« Excellent staff, from doorman to front desk manager who were all very helpful and polite. Manager guided us to the eating places and how to go to tourist spots. Escorted us to the hotel front door to see us off. Room with AI voice activated command was fabulous. Room was small but neat and has everything we needed. Most enjoyable experience. »
« Very nice hotel for the price paid. One thing needs to change is that the front parking lot is closed and the entrance is not accessible to the taxi so the guest has to carry the luggage passing the parking lot. »
« Location location location. Almost brand new property. It has the best form hotel bed I have experienced. Though, a note to the corporate, next time please stop use full size bed as standard option, use US queen size as standard as even the standard Chinese peoples got taller these days. »
