Dear DanielThank you so much for your feedback; it will be discussed with my heads of department. We, as a team are always looking at what areas we can improve in our hotel. Our bedrooms will be refurbished later this year as a large scale project, as unfortunately due to the pandemic our bedroom refurbishment was put on hold. As you have stated, we have started to redecorate some of our rooms so some are looking much fresher than others currently.I hope you saw in the reception and public areas that what we want to achieve as a business will look fantastic when we finish the project. We are sorry to learn that you had to wait for a bucket of ice, and that you felt our staff were rude to you. We pride ourselves on the high standard of our customer service, and so if you could kindly contact me at the hotel, I would be keen to learn more about who you encountered on that occasion. As we know they get very excited being away from home, especially if you have a group of men together, they have a tendency to forget there are other people around them.
