In 2021, your booking must be a minimum 5 nights stay. In 2022, your booking must be for a 6 night minimum stay.

This house requires renters to provide photo ID to the property manager and will be required to have a hold put on their credit card for a security damage deposit with the property manager.

Smart tv's in every bedroom so you can log in to your favorite streaming accounts.
There is a queen bedroom on the ground floor with 2 king bed bedroom and 2 twin bed bedrooms upstairs.
Play 18 holes at the award winning Providence golf club, eat in the onsite restaurant or take a stroll or bike ride down the numerous paths through the golf course to thetennis courts or childrens play area.

Parties or events not allowed.

Swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge, at $25 per night stay.
We can supply via a 3rd party for your visit the BBQ Grills (Gas): from $84 per week.
Vehicles are not allowed to park on the streets between night time hours. Also, vehicles are subject to being towed 24 hours a day if they are parked on lawns, sidewalks, or common areas.
HOA restriction: No commercial vehicles are allowed when not actively engaged in service or repairs. Boats, Trailers, Recreational & RV/Trailer homes are not allowed to be parked on the driveway.
Community Quiet time 11pm - 7am.

Outside security video & sound recording and inside noise monitoring devices may be working.

Safe Gated Quiet family community within the Providence 18 hole Championship Golf & Country club. There is a mixture of residential and resort type houses. Entrance to the community is via the security protected gatehouse. (guest names will be needed min 48hrs prior to arrival).
Licensed restaurant is on site so no need to cook after a long day at the theme parks or a day on the golf course. Supermarkets and other restaurants are just a short drive out of the community gates.
Community quiet time 11pm - 7am.

Walt Disney World, Lego Land & other major local attractions are less than 30mins drive away.
Orlando International Airport is just over 30minutes drive.
