Guests of all ages are guaranteed to find the perfect bedroom in this spacious home. The two suites offer a king bed and a private bathroom. One of the suites offers direct access to the patio and pool area.

The other two bedrooms offer great themes for our young guests. All bathrooms are stocked with travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

Get ready to impress the chef in your group with our fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. With stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials, whipping up tasty meals for the whole family will be a breeze. For coffee lovers, we’ve also included a Keurig coffee maker to start your day off right.

When it’s time to gather for a meal, choose from three different dining options. Cozy up to the kitchen island (seating four), eat as a group at the formal dining table (seating six), or enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table (seating four). With enough space to seat 14 people across all the sitting areas, our home is perfect for creating unforgettable memories while enjoying a meal together.

Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the lush surroundings. The screened-in patio is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the parks. This luxurious area features a private pool with child sensors on each door for the kiddos and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.

Guests will have full access to Casa Bahama.

Free parking is available onsite for two vehicles. No trailers are allowed on the premises.

Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Oct), and 83 degrees in the winter (Nov-Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM).

During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

GRILL : Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you! Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
