- Trash and Recycling:

- Trash cans are located in the garage

- Pickup schedule: Tuesday (latest 8 am) or Monday night (around 6 pm)

- Failure to cover the trash bin will result in a $25 fine for the owner

- Parking:

- No parking allowed in front of the house between 1 pm to 6 am

- Parking on the grass is prohibited and may result in towing

- Do not block the sidewalk when parking

Getting around from our Golf Course Oasis is a breeze! Orlando International Airport (MCO) is conveniently located about 40 minutes away, making your arrival and departure smooth and easy. For those driving, we offer free parking on the street and in the garage. Please note, parking is not allowed in front of the house between 1 PM and 6 AM, and parking on the grass is prohibited to avoid towing. Public transportation options are available, though a car is recommended for exploring the area. Major attractions like Walt Disney World are just a short drive away (approximately 15-20 minutes). Champions Gate and Posner Park, with their shopping and dining options, are also easily accessible within a 5-10 minute drive. Enjoy your stay and the convenience of our location!
