- No events, parties, or pets are allowed.
- Self-check-in with a smart lock, and check-in is at 4 PM, with check-out at 10 AM. Flexible times may be available upon request for an additional fee.
-Waste Pickup are on Tuesday morning trash bin need to be put out on the curbside the evening before, please ensure all trash is bagged. Also please put trash bn away ones they are pick up.

There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee.
