Beautiful and spacious entry that walks into an open concept living, dining, kitchen and coffee /tea room.

1st primary en-suite is set up with a king bed, desk and tv. This has a full private bathroom with walk in shower, soaker tub and full closet.

2nd primary en-suite is set up with a king bed, couch for lounging and tv. This has a full private bathroom with walk in shower, soaker tub and full closet.

3rd en-suite has a queen bed with a private bathroom with shower and tub.

4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. This room is close to a shared bathroom a few feet away, with tub and shower

5th bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 twin bed that turns into a king bed. This room is close to a shared bathroom a few feet away, with tub and shower.

All bedrooms are located on different wings of the house. This is a a unique layout for anyone because each area has privacy.

Kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of cooking needs.

Coffee room has both a keurig and tea kettle. Please bring your own Coffee and tea. There’s 2 comfy chairs and a bar top with 4 stools to enjoy that coffee shop vibe.

Living room has cable tv set up and plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax.

Separate game room dedicated additional living space is set up with a tv, couch, dvd player and WII. Movies and games are included for enjoyment.

Beautiful outdoor space with only 1 neighbor! So if you are looking for that quiet and relaxing area we have it! With a screened in pool overlooking a scenic backyard with room
to play along with a basketball hoop and gas grill.

Please no glass in the pool area for safety. All children must be watched in the pool area. Pool fence stays up and is not to be taken down. If this rule is not followed we have the right to charge you a fee for re-set up. Thank you and safe swimming!

We supply all of our guests with a starter kit to kick off your vacation! This starter kit includes, toiletries, soaps, paper products and trash bags. Also bath and pool towels are given for each guest. If you run out of anything we have a grocery store (Publix) down the street, a super walmart and target close by!

Gas grill- there is a 1 time charge of $40 to use during your stay. Please if you are going to use it, clean it after so the next guest can enjoy it and additional fees to clean don’t occur.

Our pool can be heated during your stay for a fee of $25 per day. Please discuss with host.

Pets are welcome but we have size and breed restrictions. There is a pet fee of $200 for the 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. The security deposit is $500 that is refundable if no damage or cleaning is required.
We have a water tray, water bowl and a leash to use if desired.
Please discuss further with host, we would love to accommodate the whole family!

No smoking at all indoor or outdoor on property. Any kind of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee and your stay will be terminated immedately! Thanks for understanding.

No parties please. We have fantastic neighbors that are quiet and they will alert us and your stay will terminate immediately without a refund and fees will occur. Thanks for understanding!

We do have outdoor cameras ONLY! This is for the safety of our guests and our house. Privacy is still honored.

Gated neighborhood with beautiful villas in a very picturesque environment. Clubhouse has a pool, volleyball court, jungle gym, indoor table games and a bathroom. No lines to get into the gated neighborhood. Super quiet and relaxing.

Gated entry that you will receive entry access prior to your trip. No street parking at all or your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Our driveway allows 2 cars, 3rd car can be parked horizontally at the entry point of the driveway if required, additional overflow parking can be at the main pool clubhouse, however the vehicles need to be moved prior to 8am the following day. Entry to our house you will be given a 4 digit passcode that will start at 4:00pm to check in and 11:00am on check out day.
