« The pool was “under construction “. No mention of this in any of the online sites or Marriott reservations. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool as it was a gift to my grandchildren. The fact that it was marketed as an amenity then not even available is unacceptable. Marriott knew the pool was not ready yet let people think they had a functioning pool. There were others in the area. We’ve used Suites to Home before with a lot of satisfaction. « Hôtel agréable , original, de taille humaine, différent des motels très carrés habituels ou des chaînes d hotel Un peu en retrait de l axe principal ce qui le rend facile d accès mais a l abri du bruit Parking aisé gratuit petit déjeuner correct, classique à l américaine (pancakes, 3 céréales, bagel, pain de mie etc… et assiettes et couverts en plastique) »

« Hôtel qui semble neuf mais ne l’est pas . Les lits sont mou, les bases de lit craque comme si c’était vieux . Il fait sombre dans les chambres , les tapis ne sont pas très propres . Le déjeuner était très très basique . C’est loin d’être 10/10. »

« My problem was with Expedia, there was a major snow storm arriving that night. We had a six hour drive home. The hotel said they would be fine with refunding me the second night and I should call Expedia as it was you I booked through. Try as might I could not get through your AI assisted customer service as my questions did not align with your preordained question selection. So unless you want to do the right thing I’m out $200 + dollars. Not a happy Expedia customer… »

« We didn't go to the bar but from the front desk it looked nice,clean and everything well organized. My room was super clean and the bed was very cozy and comfortable. The amenities in the room were perfect and well thought. »

« This was under construction, parking lot a mess, run down on the outside. Room was renovated but no tissues, cups, had to ask for a blow drier, no coffee, no lobby. The person checking us in was lovely but the lobby was gutted. The room did seem clean. Hopefully it will be nice once renovated fully. »
