« Absolutely adorable cozy cottage. Has everything you need! Directions were easy, super clean and bed was comfortable. »

« Super short stay but welcoming, clean and convenient for location »

« The place was very clean and welcoming. They had a cute amenities area and slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. The only issue we had was it was extremely hot and humid and only 1 bedroom had an AC unit. The ac unit in the living room was not doing a good job of cooling the place down. So just be aware if you’re arriving in the summer time, we spent all of our time in the one air conditioned bedroom to escape the heat. »

« We had a lovely short stay when moving our daughter to RI. We were a group of ten, and were able to fit using the futon for extra sleeping space. The back porch was our favorite part of the house and we loved sitting on it hearing the creek below. We all walked to the Georgiaville Pond several times and enjoyed sitting on the little beach. The house was immaculately clean and lovely inside. Yosefa was a very attentive and helpful host. There was a dog park very close which was shaded and...

« The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) The grounds are immaculate. The pond was full of...

« Great property, clean and perfect for a tournament weekend! »

« Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. »

« This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. »

« Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back! »
