It might look rural from the outside, but the moment you step inside this lovely home, you'll be greeted by nothing but modern touches throughout. The second level of the home is where you'll find the main living space with a well-equipped living room, kitchen, dining area, and deck. The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and an armchair near a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV âthe perfect spot for movie nights, trivia/board games nights, or simply an entertaining conversation with your friends. The ceiling fan and central A/C will keep you as comfortable as possible. Right off the living room is the six-person dining table and if you need more dining space, the breakfast bar offers five more spots.
When it comes to meal prep, the kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy everyone's needs with stainless steel appliances, enough counter space, and all the utensils needed to make cooking a breeze. The dishwasher will keep you unoccupied from doing the dishes and the coffee maker will be the greatest addition to start your day off on the right foot. Outside, the deck area is a great place to unwind and enjoy the great outdoorsâa private gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a firepit will make it an unbeatable relaxation spot. There's also a large Connect Four lawn game for entertaining afternoons.

Things to know:
Private dock. The dock is 10 x 30. Guests can dock there during the normal lake season since the TVA controls the water level to prevent flooding. Typical season is from April until October. There is not a boat lift currently.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
