« plus points: pick-up and drop off to Airport, good breakfast even if not really ideal for eastern customers, front office good. Negative points: NOISY all the time even if me at 5th floor, people all the time talking in the rows and really unquite ambient. « Genuinely horrible experience. We used the get directions link on the app. Took us to the middle of the Jakarta slums with roads barely big enough for our taxi. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, what’s app, and the number they provided for contact, no response. When I finally found the lobby after paying a sketchy guy on the street they would not let us check in, I paid for two nights with the intention of showing up early in the morning after the first night.
