Am I at the same place? I realize this hotel receives good ratings…however, we had a different experience. The hotel appears outdated, which I did not expect. The room itself had few creature comforts…that is how it felt…not very comfortable. The room was very cold and not inviting. No microwave in the room? One robe for a double room? As for the cleanliness, it could have been better. We were disappointed with our stay here, but the staff was very kind and attentive. We won’t be staying at this location again.

The hotel is situated in a very nice quiet part of town. The employees at check in and valet were very helpful. Room service was delicious and our view of downtown was fun at night. We never did get the corkscrew we requested for our room. Had to go buy one at a store. The decor of the entire hotel is very fun. Our shower was a little rough. Dripping and the hand held sprayer was pretty messed up. But it didn’t hinder our stay. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. We would definitely stay again.

They have no parking, you have to do valet parking $50 per car per day

I absolutely loved my stay at the Virgin Hotel. My room was so beautiful and spacious. I love the shower, the fixtures and mirrors, and the views are amazing Downtown Dallas! Everyone is super nice! I definitely recommend staying here.

My Wife and I had an epic and memorable Anniversary stay here! Loved the Chamber Suite that overlooked the city. Amazing bathroom with soaker tub. We were able to enjoy the pool as well! Great Memories!
