Overall quality of the hotel was nice, but the rooms could use an update. Tired, old appliances, furniture, decor, and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn instead - it's part of the same building, and everything there felt brand new.

Hotel and room was very very clean! There was a little airplane traffic here and there in the evening and early morning but other than that not too bad. Next time I will request a room away from the elevator as you can hear it ding as the doors are opening and you can hear the elevator moving in the wall.

Not on brand for a Marriott hotel
When we arrived at the hotel around 9 PM there was no available parking because it is 3 hotels all connected and the parking lot is not big enough for all the hotels we went from one end to the other and it was full we had to circle around 3 times before we found someone leaving and were able to get a spot. We grabbed our bags and headed to the front door of the hotel we had booked and that door was locked with a paper note saying our check-in was at the next hotel over. So we walked to the next hotel and went in and checked in. We walked down the long hallway back to our hotel and went up the elevator to our room. The rooms were not to the standard I would expect of a Marriott brand hotel. The room was dingy and outdated. The beds were so low to the ground there were just sitting on top of a box springs. There were stains on the floor and the bathroom was poorly lit. While we were showering we ran out of conditioner and body wash from the large bottles that are attached to the shower wall. There was ice in the freezer ice maker but it had a disgusting yellow tint to it so we would not dare use it. Overall rather disgusted and disappointed with our stay here. I would not recommend this hotel.

I came with my daughter to visit from Dec. 26-29. I'll start with the CONS because there are just so many: 1. There are 3 HOTELS at this location, and there's no clear direction about which door to take to check in! Not the one in the picture. 2. Parking is absolutely atrocious! The parking lot is enormous but full after 8:00 pm! 3. Don't expect hospitality! The lady at reception, Adriana, didn't even greet us and didn't even make eye contact during check-in. When I asked for her name, she stared at me and hesitated to give it. The only ones that were very attentive were during breakfast. 4. Housekeeping is a mess! One morning they tried to go in at 8:25 am immediately after knocking only once!! We were still in bed! They also didn't refresh our towels during our stay. 5. Not enough seating at breakfast! It's tiny! 6. The drinking glasses provided at the kitchenette were dirty. 7. We also didn't have an ice bucket in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor. 8. The pool was closed for the season and that wasn't listed on the website or Hotels.com. PROS: 1. Good location with plenty of food choices and shopping. Just 5 minutes from Main Street! 2. Quiet room. Can't hear anything above you, but you can still hear planes all night. 3. Breakfast was good (minus the seating issues). 4. Beds were comfortable. 5. Good kitchen area with dinnerware and utensils.

Not bad but not great. Ok value.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The shared parking lot woth the Courtyard didn't seem big enough for all the guests. Sadly, the breakfast staff worked their butts off, but breakfast wasnt very good. Have had much better at Best Western, LaQuinta and Hampton Inn.

The area is a great spot in Grapevine. We were visiting the Gaylord just a few minutes away, and kids if other places are close. The hotel itself is not aging well with noticeable water damage in the bathroom and cracks in shower tile. It leads me to wonder if mold is an issue anywhere. The gym didn't have cups for the water dispenser, and there is nobody at the front desk to notify. The parking was incredibly poor due to sharing the lot. We initially walked past 2 other hotels until we found closer parking the following day.

First of all, no one likes to work on a holiday meant to spend with your family and friends! With that said, my sister and I booked a few days stay at Towne Place Suites over Thanksgiving. We were greeted by Shelia whose smile and laugh was truly infectious. Shelia was incredibly attentive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. To have her be the face that greets you when you arrive, definitely sets the tone for your stay. The other person I must mention during our time was Nicolas. He was the lone worker at the Bistro. Nicolas was our bartender and server who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during the hours spent in the Bistro and the outside “hang out” around the fire pit. No matter how many customers he had, he continued to check on us to make sure we weren’t in need of anything. The time we spent around the fire drinking coffee was made special by his presence and conversation. His work ethic was exceptional with everyone he interacted with. Nicolas also provides a positive impression of the staff at Towne Place and anyone who visits the Bistro is in for a treat! Our stay was made special by these two employees and I had to give them “props” for being an absolute joy to interact with. We will definitely return and hope to see them again! Towne Place Suites does not disappoint from cleanliness, the amenities and ambience. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving weekend! Gina and Christy
