The shuttle drivers both ways were nice, excellent service from the girl when we arrived, she was ADORABLE! We went for dinner at Denny’s on the other side of the street and it was great! THE sad/bad thing: we had to leave at 4:35, we missed the shuttle by 2 minutes…the girl that was working at the front desk almost laughed at us. I mean 4:35 am, we are jet lagging our lives, cellphones and its the middle of the night…how come you never gave us a call?! Only 1 room to call, it takes 30 seconds and we were late by 2 minutes, not 10! I work at the YQB airport, we need to understand those kind of things and be consilient sometimes. Also when breakfast is included it would be appreciated to get at least a granola bar, banana, a yogurt or a muffin if we have to leave earlier…just a little something

The guy driving the airport shuttle was a but of a madman but he got us to the place with no issue. The place is a little old and dumpy but everything was clean, the complimentary breakfast was quite good and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I got a very good night's sleep here after a long day of travel.

We were three girls in our 20s staying in Irving for a baby shower. Super easy check in, pool was open, just a tad small, and the room was as advertised! We were also up early for breakfast

Easy check-in. Room was clean and great staff. Morning cleaners didn’t disrupt my late morning sleep schedule with the “no not disturb” doorknob hanger up. Pet friendly and parking was plentiful on the other side of the building. My room on the second floor was quiet during my stay. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.
