Mpressive Retreat!!!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Enjoy your stay in this cozy, recently updated townhouse! This townhouse is centrally located to Downtown Dallas one way and Cowboys Stadium the other way! Wi-Fi and parking are included.

Every space was designed and furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All rooms have smart TVs and you will be able to enjoy multiple streaming services on each tv.

Main Bedroom: King bed , Smart TV

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Size Beds. Smart TV

The living area has a smart tv and an electric fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances as well as many additional items to make your stay have a more home feel.

Kitchen also features a coffee station with necessities provided.

Access will be through the back door from which you will park under the carport.

Set your eye on this convenient location. Minutes to Mountain Creek Lake, the neighborhood Park, Prairie Lakes Golf Course, Mountain Creek Lake, Mountain Creek Soccer Complex. Just 4 miles East of Highway 161 where you will find all the dining, shopping and entertainment- Epic Water Park, Main Event and much more. Also conveniently located with easy access to Six Flags, Texas Trust Theatre, AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium and more!


There are 2 parking spots located in the back of the unit. In the event overflow parking is needed, you will find 2 spaces (first come, first serve) located diagonally across from the complex, 2 spaces (first come, first serve) located at the entrance and there are several parking spaces in the front of the complex. Please read welcome letter with further details of parking upon booking.

The condo was cute and we loved having our own hot tube. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The condo could use a deep cleaning though.

Dpressive Retreat is a better title

Unfortunately , this was not “mpressive” at all… this was a catfish of edited photos with the landlord special written all over… Spider webs with bugs in the kitchen… very used kitchen ware… patch jobs all over the walls, floors, and baseboards … unfinished paint in areas… ac vents just covered in dirt and dust… floors leaving socks pitch black… private area hair all over the bed… mildew shower curtain and areas… expired rental license hanging on the wall.. just a very poor put together old worn down townhome … even worst the ac was locked and only could be set by the host which sucked since it smelled and wasn’t cleaned there.. please think twice before booking here, you will be dpressed… host was very responsive at first check in but when checking out never heard from them…

Quiet, enjoyable, relaxation

I recently stayed at this rental with a hot tub spa, and it was amazing! The spa was clean and relaxing. The place itself was cozy and well-equipped, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. I would love to return and stay again in the future. I highly recommend it for a perfect getaway!

Great Family Staycation

Last minute my family of four decided to do a staycation in Dallas and this was the perfect location and place for it. The price was very reasonable, the quality and cleanliness of the home was top notch! There was a cool retro video game in the secondary bedroom that thoroughly entertained my two tween and teen sons. Location was perfect to get in around Dallas Cowboy stadium and the County Fair! Our hostess was awesome and very responsive! Perfect place for us!

Really Nice Place

Nice place, clean, very friendly . Had one issue come up, within 2 hours someone there and problem was taken care of. Great host and owner. Only knock was couple of condos in the area were gutted and old furniture and even a toilet was outside of one. Not the fault of our host or owner. Again GREAT Host and owner. Thank you!!!

Quiet and good location

In town for my dad's wife's funeral. Didn't want hotel rooms with my dad isolated so the townhouse worked great for us. Was conveniently located near the national cemetery and funeral home.

Great surprise
