Stayed for one night and honestly was just fine. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and stay the night then it’s exactly what you pay for. Only issue was I was missing my shower curtain, which I didn’t say anything cause I was too tired that night to care and the owner of the hotel got very upset when I asked if it was possible for my 2 friends to get trolley tickets despite them not staying the night unlike myself. It was like I had disgraced his business by asking and he threatened to up my rate because he was certain they were staying the night. Again, the stay was fine, not great, not horrible and worth the 65$ I paid.

READ READ! This property is HORRIBLE! It is Run Down! Checking in the young lady at the desk had the Worst BO! made my eyes water. Went to our room and immediately killed two roaches on the AC! I took pictures! My Sheets smelled soured and the quilt smelled unwashed! I was up all night freaking out that I was sleeping with a stranger because of the smell of the sheets and would I have bed bugs or roaches on me. went to shower the next morning and there was a long black hair waiting for me not to mention my feet were leaving dirt marks in the tub! Went to use the coffee maker and thought I better wipe out, OMG the white rag was dirty from just where the water goes! This place is filthy and unkept! I would NEVER recommend or will I ever stay in this DIRTY place again! And when we came in from concert at 130 am our keys would not work. It was $250 a night because of the nearby events. The cheapest available next to this was 400. I would have gladly paid that if I had known what a dump this was..

The staff was great and accommodating. The pool was clean and nice! Our room was clean and the sheets, pillows & towels were clean! The area aroùnd the hotel seems a little sketch but being so close to the stadium and within walking distance to a couple restaurants with a trolly to the stadium was very convenient!

Our room floor was not very clean, long strands of hair everywhere. Hair was getting caught in between our toes walking around on the carpet. Other than that everything was good. Trolley is extremely convenient!

Go to place to stay for Ranger games. Clean sheets, cold air, hot showers but definitely a “budget” hotel but perfect for our needs.

Horrible location. The hotel smells moldy. When I checked into my room, the toilet was literally full of $h!t. ….poop…..excrement. The room was dusty. Disgusting. Never again. STAY AWAY

Room served it's purpose for bathing and sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to AT&T stadium reason for visit. We noticed the other nearby amusement parks, this hotel has a trolley stop at curb very useful. I read on a web page a continental breakfast, hotel provides coffee and granola bar. Oh well not a deal breaker. Will come back

Definitely needs renovations, but its comfy! Did not see BUGS OR BED BUGS ,did not see mold, its in a great location if your going to a game or fun park. Smells clean everytime we walked in and out of building. Will go back!

The property was easily accessible and overall clean. The lady at the front desk wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t very welcoming either. Not sure if it was the same person, but when my wife called down to the front desk the next morning to ask if there was a continental breakfast, the desk clerk said that it was just granola bars and juice “like you were told at check in”. I thought that was an unnecessary comment, especially due to the fact that it actually was not told to us at check in. The hallway on the floor that we were staying also has a strong marijuana smoke odor for most of our stay. The property says that it’s smoke free, but the smell said otherwise. For the price, I can’t really complain much more than that.

A couple hours after I arrived I realized I had an extra night on the booking so I contacted the front desk, they told me to contact expedia so I did, expedia reached out to them but no one answered the phone at the front desk. Now it's 3 days later and they won't refund the extra night. I originally booked a king room, when I got to the room it was very small so I asked to be moved to a room with two beds. The room was much bigger but they charged and extra $60 for the length of the stay. Rooms are clean, sheets and towels are cheap, rough and definitely not comfortable. They do not have breakfast as advertised. They have coffee and granola bars from 6-9, so bring food, but make sure the mini fridge gets cold, ours seems to be running at about half power. There are a ton of hotels in this area next time I'm going somewhere else.
