Check-in time is stated to be 4:00, I arrived at 4:10 and was told they had no rooms 'Ready' for occupancy and that they 'could not tell me' when they would have one ready, but they would buzz me. After checking with the front desk every 15-20 minutes, at 5:40 I finally went to the Concierge and asked for the Manager. Magically a room became 'Ready' for me. Room service...10:15 pm after 3 attempts over 30 minutes someone finally answered the phone...but only after I contacted the front desk. There are several premier hotel alternatives nearby.

All of your comments will be dealt with at a management level and relayed back to the hotel team. Overall, this hotel was underwhelming especially for the price. Basic rooms. Beautiful lobby decor for the holidays. Holiday tea was also underwhelming.. one type of tea in the busy lobby corner. Food was overall dry and nothing special. Overnight valet was too pricey also. I would not return to this hotel
