Definitely not staying here again, a property not well taken care of, outside room was dirty. Sofa bed was super stinky, bathroom floor sticky, big ants and small bugs coming out from the wall in the bathroom and from the shower faucet. Not enough towels provided. Breakfast not good at all Sorry i hate to leave a bad review but this hotel lack cleanliness and you should know that

The check-in process was quuck and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I did have to call for tissue and towels because no one came ti clean the second day. Overall good experience.

Comfy but a little lacking for a Hilton
Our suite was easy to access with lots of room, but the bathroom isn’t ventilated, so there was rust on a lot of things. The tub seal was missing, and some other things that could be kept up. Neighborhood was OK but at night there are a lot of shady questionable characters and the fence surrounding the property. Had a lot of holes in it and damage. Service was great, front desk staff was very friendly. But overall for the Hilton brand, it was a little lacking.

Not so great stay
It was noisy! Lots of doors slamming and thumps & bumps in the room above me! Telephone in the room doesn't work so couldn't call front desk for more toilet paper had to ask a housekeeper for some that was cleaning a room next to mine. There's no one at the front desk late nights! The doors for entrance off stairwell doesn't close completely so anyone could come in without a key!

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and dingy. The restroom had mold on the ceiling and it smelled like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. The property was also old and not well kept. The sofa sleeper was disgusting with the cushions worn out and dirty. The cabinets in the kitchenette were crooked and outdated. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible and we could feel all the springs. We ended up booking a different hotel for our stay.

First let’s say the young man working the desk around 5pm was amazing at helping my group of 3 get checked in. The reason I didn’t enjoy my stay was simply this, the day we went to check out my group went to the breakfast. We all made a waffle and put it on a plate since they are so big it took up the whole plate. Then we got eggs sausage on another plate. When we left I heard the staff saying we stole half of the breakfast when in reality we didn’t. There were also 4/5 other guests filling up multiple plates. One dude had 5 !! But they were specifically targeting us. When I confronted them and told them we didn’t take half of breakfast they demanded to know which room I was in . I happily told them and will also be writing mgt

Location and customer service is really good. But the room smelled and was definitely not clean. There were used soap in the shower with used wash clothes. The fold-out couch still had bedding on it, clearly used. The bedroom phone didn't even have a cord connected to it. Would not return. Was not worth the price.

Poor service/ poor quality
Front desk needs to work on customer service and ensure they are being inclusive to all guests. They should ensure that they are not unnecessarily rude especially when unprovoked. There unprofessionalism speaks volumes. Room was poorly stocked with towels (only had 1 small size towel available) and front desk was rude when asked for additional towels suggesting theft. My room AC/Heating system was also broken and therefore left me in a rough situation at night. I notified staff and they were not willing to help. Room was also asked to be cleaned due to being a long stay (4 days ) and the request was ignored. Staff needs to be retrained and rooms should be properly kept up.

Request upper floor room, away from entrances
Unfortunately I can't give a good review to this establishment. The front desk clerks did not seem overly enthused about helping us with our issues. My room was on the first floor immediately adjacent to a door to the outside that you supposedly needed a pass key to enter at all times only it did not lock at all. I complained multiple times to the front desk and their handyman never fixed it. I was told as long as I was locked in my room I'd "be fine". There were also people who were ejected from their rooms hanging out under the stairwell outside my room by the door with no lock which made me feel uncomfortable. For the most part, the people staying there were business travelers which was fine but there was another element of people there that did not make me feel comfortable. The lobby or "Lodge" and the breakfast were the best things about this hotel. The gentleman who refreshed the breakfast was very kind and helpful. The Lodge had a nice welcoming fireplace, and plenty of seating to eat or do work. The rooms were clean but the kitchen area was very dated. There was a good selection of TV channels but I had only one remote for both rooms in the suite. Glasses and cutlery were clean, but left in the dishwasher. Blackout drapes were excellent, but I was woken up each morning by people walking in room above me.

I did not rest at all staying at this hotel. The staff constantly make noise at early hours of the day not respecting their customers hours of rest.

Hotel was not up to par like picture walls were torn and entire room stunk really bad only stayed one day instead of 2 under cabinet were broken and sheets dingy

Great property only complaint I have is battery on for went out keeping me from entering the building closet to my room and having to find another entryway.

Trees hanging too low in front of property, I was driving out of the lot and my car was scraped by a limb that really needs to be removed, I’m so glad I didn’t scratch up my NEW car
