Nos Chambres revendues par l hôtel
Hôtel très agréable et relativement bien placé, tarif contenu et personnel très attentif. Seul gros Hic : notre vol du vendredi a été annulé et lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel le samedi , nos 4 chambres avaient été revendues !!!! Nous avons eu de la chance qu il reste 2 chambres de libres dans l hôtel ce qui nous a permis de passer la nuit sur place. Mais le principe est inadmissible d autant plus que l intégralité du séjour avait été payé d avance. Bref des méthodes choquantes

It’s a task to get from the parking to the office to get checked in. Now I realize why I was emailed the option of online check in. Other than that everything else is good 😊

The parking situation, lack of singnage, lack of valet service, and distance baggage had to be carried, combined to make this experience very unpleasant. Then the street noise was so bad I could not sleep. The breakfast service was touted as 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No servers showed until 6:30. Full services not set up until 6:45. Had to leave for a meeting at 7:00 - Thanks for nothing! - Never again!

Otimo para quem precisa ficar mais tempo, pois no quarto tem geladeira, fogão (deve ser solicitado), microondas e maquina de lavar louças. Cama confortável, quarto amplo com mesa de trabalho e sofá. Cafe da manhã incluso na diária, honesto, mas um pouco repetitivo para quem vai ficar mais dias.

This was an absolutely awful stay. The mattress was terrible, no support. In the bathroom, there was no soap, the bathroom sink had almost no water pressure, the containers of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel did not work. There was also mildew or “rust” around bath tub that had been unsuccessfully covered by caulk. The breakfast was below average. The only redeeming aspect is it is located next door to Baylor Doctors’ Office Building. Not a big enough benefit to come back again!
