Nice all around hotel. Good facilities. Shuttle service was subpar for a 4 star hotel. We spent 20 min in airport picking up people before heading to hotel. Only had - shuttle every 1 hr in the morning to get to airport

The gym was great! Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were nice. Surrounding are is ok, but doesn’t seem the safest.

The property was beautiful, and extremely quiet. Overall we had a great experience with staff, but there were a few we passed in the halls that didn't respond to greetings. We didn’t use housekeeping but they had done a great job with our room. We used room service and visited the Bonnie and Clyde restaurant, both were great and the staff for both options were lovely. The outdoor pool and tennis courts were still closed for the season which was a little disappointing but understandable. The indoor pool was dated and had a leak from the ceiling dripping into it. The hotel is very near the Grapevine Mills Mall and a huge Bass Pro Shop and convenient to downtown Grapevine (which is extreamly nice) and Grapevine Lake/Rockledge Park.

There are hotels where you go to sleep and there are other hotels where you go to STAY. This Hilton was so huge, so comfortable and so pleasant that it made you want to just stay and enjoy the hotel. Lovely, eager to please staff too.

I reserved a king room however I was placed in a double room which I did not want. The guy at the front desk I believe his name was Marcus told me to ask the following day for a room change and rooms were still unavailable. I just had to settle for what they had at a higher cost to me. The hotel was not accommodating at all and did not allow late check for my inconvenience. The hotel was clean but the service was horrible

I love this hotel. It was a wonderful experience my kids they were happy very safe very clean. The food was delicious. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
