We arrived late, front door was locked. No instructions on how to use the telephone to call lobby. The phone was grungy and filthy to handle.

Our sign is posted on our front doors and we apologize for any inconveniences that you experienced during the process of calling our front desk. I stayed here with my kids. The price was good, breakfast had several options, and the staff was all very friendly. If we need to stay in this corner of the DFW metro again, we'd stay here.

Thought the hotel was very clean. It seems like newer hotel. My AC was making a loud noise, that they didn’t fix. Had to move my room, as I was awoken from the kids, running in the room above me. They only do housekeeping upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We were in the Garland area for a cheer competition. This hotel was awesome! The last hotel we stayed at up here the showers were cold, and it was awful. This hotel had really good hot showers, the room was super spacious, the hallways, quiet, just all around an awesome property.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and made weird noises. Had I not been so exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms. Otherwise nice stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was so nice and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The location was perfect for the different places we needed to go while we were in Dallas. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and a very nice hotel.
