« Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend. »

« Værelserne var ok, ikke noget særligt »

« Here is the English translation: “High-end hotel but could be better. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The biggest downside for me is the cleanliness of the sofa and carpets in the room, which is unacceptable (cigarette burns, numerous stains…). Breakfast is average and the dining area noisy. Quite far from the city center, it can be difficult to find a taxi when there’s heavy traffic. In conclusion, it remains an average hotel.” »

« Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels). »

« The bathroom cleanliness was terrible. Sign of fungus and mold were seen on the shower wall and sink. House keeping was not done properly. »

« Toilet has no water piping facilities..just a tissue paper for this? Air cond position not suitable.. even though we waited for an hour, it still couldn’t feel cool in the room.. »

« stay was ok but i had raised a issue regarding a particular staff having no customer value entering my room when im not around with out my permission »

« New and modern furnishing. »

« Unit was modern, clean, functional. Jessleton is an excellent location, right next to the mall and near the jetty and waterfront. Beware of phishing. I received multiple whatsapp phishing attempts related to this booking - they knew my name, and when and where I had booked to stay, so messages were convincing at first glance, but were not legit. »
