Property was clean, the pool was also cleaned every morning & the property is quiet & peaceful. Some of the things that were said to be included in the booking advertisement were not actually included resulting in surcharges such as laundry & cooking in the apartment. Expedia said there was a free shuttle but we found ourselves walking down & paying local transportation to get back up.

Dear Guest,thanks for your review and being us your choice.We appreciate that you pointed out a few things, so we have the chance to clarify for following guests.After I checked our advertisement , I could not find that we offer free laundry. We don't see any need, to clean up our guests dirty clothes for free, as usual non of the Hotels do. laundry service is a kind offer for our guest, to make there stay more enjoyable. You are actually the first guest, thought he will get it for granted.We charge a small amount for using Gas, if you us it for cooking. We are sorry, that less than 1 USD exceeded your financial abilities.Unfortunately Expedia doesn't give us the possibility to publish surcharges, so our guest will be informed on arrival about it, to get the chance, to go out for food, if the amount for using the gas might be bursting up there limits.

Hotel is in a great location (up a hill) and gives you an amazing view. Its the perfect place for a family get away.

We were unable to get refund after our travel plans changed at least three weeks out from our trip. THis is along way to Cebu City given the traffic and we just couldn’t make it work. We received a flat no when we explained. Word to the wise to read the fine print.

It is clearly stated in our cancellation policies how long a free cancellation is possible. We are not responsible for any changes of travel plans. We highly recommend to read first proper any descriptions,before doing any bookings and destroying reputation and hard earned high scores.

Clean place and all you need from toiletries to kitchen utensils are complete. We love the artistic designs inside the room especially in the kitchen and CR. You'll find a great seaview early in the morning and afternoon. The owner and cousin were so friendly & accommodating.

The accommodation is stellar! I would rate it 5 star because I’m very much satisfied. Pro: -very homey you can cook -the room can fit up to 5 people -kitchen counter is holy grail -has home utensils -can use pool anytime - sunrise to night time the view is amazing! Cons -vehicles are parked outside the property

Lovely!
Really enjoyed our stay here, the owners are really nice, welcoming and accommodating. The room was great and had everything we needed. Their dog Happy, is so lovely and friendly - an added bonus to our stay!

Situated approximately 2 km from the town of Dalaguete in the hills overlooking the Cebu Straight. Spectacular views. Hospitable and knowledgeable host. Would gladly stay here again.

Home away from home. Like to come back again!
Located high above Dalaguete with a wonderful view over the Bohol Strait to Bohol and Panglao, this private residence style accommoation is the perfect place to explore southern Cebu. For this an own vehicle is a big plus. The owner Thomas and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and make this place a home away from home. Even there are (as of now) only 3 units for rent, they offer also different styles of breakfast and tasty dinners, incl. BBQ with meats and German sausages of your choice. Highly recommended.
