Welcome to Greensteele Acres! 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with over 5,500 sqft of space! Nestled in the heart of Dade City, Florida. Perfectly designed for bigger families to enjoy the summer Florida Sun!

Main home first floor:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and comfortably furnished living area, complete with cozy seating and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, where it's big enough to cook and host all your meals. Tons of counter space over looking the beautiful nature of the back yard and pool area plus the kitchen island with 3 additional seats. This home as 2 dining areas, one located in the kitchen with the smart tv on the wall and another just on the other side of the kitchen near the main foyer. There is also 2 massive living areas. the main living room that leads out to the back yard and the family room that has an elliptical, foosball table and huge couch with a smart tv to enjoy any entertainment shows you like.

The first floor also has the massive master room that wraps around the entire back side of the living room. Through the right door is the main sleeping space with a smart tv and exercise equipment to use at your leisure. On the left side is the double vanity sink, lighted mirrors, beautiful tub and stand up shower. Splitting the 2 sides is the huge closet space that has 2 sides to store any event clothing or personal items.

We also have a huge office space right off the living room and foyer with a huge desk and executive chair incase you have to work away from home! We will leave the dry erase board just incase it may be needed.

Second floor upstairs:
The upstairs has another master room with a king bed and there is 3 additional rooms that offer comfort and privacy for up to 8 more guests in total, with plush bedding, ample storage, and modern amenities. Each of the 3 rooms have a full/double mattress with luxury white bedding and we also have 2 twin mattresses we leave in the closet incase you have a few extra guest you would like to stay! (Please request bedding for these so we can leave fresh sheets for you during your stay. Any additional beds need to be brought yourself or discussed reasonably in advance so we can help arrange sleeping )

Backyard:
Step outside to discover your own private oasis, featuring a sparkling, gated pool and natural landscaping with a spacious patio area perfect for outdoor entertaining. The pool area has many seats the relax and enjoy the Florida sun while enjoying the water. The expansive grounds provide a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable experience. *We have added string lights around the pool to see at night. There will be an extension cord provided so you can run it to the house if you would like to have those on at night. There is also small solar lights around the deck of the pool. These are all the lights that work around the pool and will be usable to guests*

- *Please note that this is an open, salt water pool, which means we don't have a lanai to always keep out leaves and other debris. Weekly pool care comes on Fridays and we leave a long skimmer to be used in the case more than normal amount of leaves have fallen into the pool. The filter and levels of the pool will always be checked and up to par*

We also provide a pack N play and children's booster seat for family accommodations if needed!

WEDDINGS & EVENTS!:
Weddings & events are the price you see + $650 for up to 29 guests, + $800 for up to 39 guests, & +$950 for up to 49 guests during the day of the wedding. Anything over 50 guests, we require you to come and see the home first before booking or you have to agree to a no refund policy prior to booking. (This fee is not cumulative, take the price you see, then match the fee to the amount of guests you have and add the fee to be collected through the resolution center after you make the reservation)

***We will provide blow up mattresses and sheets for any party over 12 guests up to 18 guests! Please just message us before hand so we can accommodate this as we have to make special requests with the cleaning team to leave the sheet sets at the home. We will be using quality blow up mattresses to get the additional 6 guests sleeping arrangements. We do not provide extra comforters for the additional beds, this would have to be brought by the guests***

- Please note that the home is on well water, not public. Being in Dade city, we can't control the smell of the water as it is not public. We have an iron rod installed in the water heater that helps and the water IS safe to use. By booking you acknowledge this and understand this about the property.
