Super séjour !
Excellent séjour. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Bon petit déjeuner Buffet. Chambre confortable avec une belle salle de bains Cadre magnifique , très belle piscine et équipements. Plage privée avec bar . Navettes pour aller au centre ville (Un peu éloigné)

Bien = atmosphère sereine et la beauté des jardins et le confort. Moins bien : Les fruits du petit déjeuner il n'y a pas de mangue et de pomelos ! et seulement, ananas que nous aimons. Nous n'aimons pas les autres fruits ! Et, la femme de chambre ne remet pas les coussins et les autres deco sur le lit c'est dommage. ..!

Bon hotel de plage à Hoi An
Bel hotel avec sa plage privée. Très grande et belle piscine. Transats et serviettes disponibles à la piscine et à la plage. Malgré ses 112 chambres, l'hôtel ne partir pas surchargé car les chambres sont réparties sur un terrain assez grand, et les gens se répartissent bien entre la plage, la piscine et les excursions. Belles chambres. Navettes gratuites pour aller dans le centre de Hoi An. Un regret sur l'ambiance, inexistante dans les bars le soir. Je recommande de prendre un taxi pour aller dans les bars et restaurants de la place de An Banh à 2 kms de là: environ 40000 dongs le trajet, soir moins de 2 euros, très vitre amorti vs le prix des cocktails et repas de l'hôtel, et beaucoup plus d'ambiance.

Hôtel au top mais avoir le budget
Très bel hôtel avec un accès à la plage très agréable sur une pelouse et une belle grande piscine. Plage tranquille, transats à disposition et bar juste derrière. Chambre impecable et personnel très gentil. Petit dejeuner très complet. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre de Hoi An mais des navettes gratuites sont disponibles à heures fixes. Un peu contraignant mais pratique. Nous avons diner un soir à l'hôtel et nous sommes fait allumer sur l'addition poyr quelque chose de tout à fait classique. Il y a de l'autre côté de la rue un petit restaurant Thai tout à fakt convenable pour manger à un prix raisonnable. Idem pour le bar de plage un vendeur ambulant est installé juste à côté et vend les sodas frais cinq fois moin chers. Dommage que l'hôtel aut cette politique.

Great beach hotel with superb pool area
Overall, we found this hotel to be excellent. Superb pool area with nice garden, fronting the beach. It is a very relaxing area and we enjoyed it a lot. Beach is also good, not very crowded and excellent sunbathing chaires. The hotel is in good shape and service is good. Bus to the Hoi An city for free is good, however last return (21:30) is too early so you need to take a taxi (not a big deal given the price of the taxi (5$).

Notre coup de cœur
Nous aimons cet hôtel pour : son jardin bien entretenu, l'accès à la mer, le calme, la piscine, la qualité des mets proposės pour un prix raisonnable. Cet hôtel n'est pas trop grand il bénéficie d'une belle plage. Le personnel est charmant. Une navette relie Hoi an toutes les heures. Les chambres sont agréablement décorée, petit déjeuner Buffet très complet . A recommander.

Chambre trop petite, plage privée pas nettoyée réguliérement.. Restau trop cher, heureusement, juste en face, qq restos sympas.Prix des services trop chers. Excellent pour le calme et la tranquillité, la plage et la piscine, le petit déj est terrible!

The staff were fantastic, the little restaurants around the property were very friendly and good local food very good prices. We even used the laundry service next door they did a nice job. If you stay in the new building there is a field behind it with some noisy roosters and some sports going on. They were kind and moved us fortunately they had another room available. Nice beach, good breakfast buffet and free shuttle into Hoi An. Hubby forgot his swim trunks and the hotel sent them to us in Da Nang which was very good service 👌

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Herrlich ist der Pool, die Ruhe der ganzen Anlage, und der schöne Strand. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut und alles ist toll zubereitet. Das Abendessen fanden wir relativ teuer, auch die Getränke. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist superfreundlich und hilfreich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

This was a beautiful resort, very quiet, great pool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle service to Hoi An was great and taxis were cheap too if needed. Laundry service same day at the stall next door was great and so cheap.

Lovely hotel
The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really helpful in recommending places to go and see as well as what the local food is etc. I cannot rate them highly enough!! The hotel is lovely particularly for the price and the beach area is fabulous. There are elements of the hotel that could do with an update but nothing that would stop me staying here again. It’s in a great location for the beach and there’s a free transfer service to and from the old town a few times a day

2nd stay within 2 consecutive years. Love love the layout of the estate and the staff made us feel like we were coming home. However, maybe the hotel can change up the brekkie selection on a daily basis. We stayed for 9 days and eating the same food every morning can be a tad disappointing.

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

Colonial Style Hotel in Hio An
The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

Vänligt mottagande. Fint rum. Egen strandremsa utan störande säljare. Stor pool. Avståndet till Hoi An för stort för att gå. Hotellet hade en gratis shuttlebus som gick några gånger om dagen, annars funkade det bra med taxi. Inget för den partysugne.

리뷰가 별로 없었지만 호텔의 위치와 분위기만 믿고 방문했습니다. 늦은 체크인에 대한 사전 응대는 빨랐고 좋았습니다. 조용한 풀과 해변 정원도 좋았습니다. 네,, 거기까지만 좋았습니다. 투숙객이 별로 없으면 아침메뉴를 주문형으로 바꾸든지 그도 아니면 적은 가짓수에 맞게 질을 높여주세오. 숙박 체크 아웃하는 날 큰 케리어를 들고 계단으로 내려와서 택시를 탈 때 도와주지는 않더라도 다음에 또 보자는 인사 정도는 해주세요. 가방 낑낑 들고 내려와서 택시에 싣고 인사하려고 보니 우릴 보는 직원 하나 없어서 섭섭했습니다. 깨끗하고 조용한 풀에서 넓운 정원에서의 힐링은 너무 좋았는데 말이죠…

Such an amazing resort!
This is our 3rd time staying at the Boutique Hoi An Resort and will return again next year. All the staff are truly amazing and will do anything to make your holiday more enjoyable. Make sure you visit the restaurant across the road (Co' Hong) for some home cooked food as well.

It was so good. It was nature-friendly, swimming pool, the hospitality of the female manager, hotel breakfast service was so perfect. But the sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit, which was ringing so loudly at bedtime, disturbed my good sleep. I want to recommend it to my parents, but I'm afraid they'll lose sleep because they're sensitive to the sound.

Had a great time , the staff was excellent and helpful. The really do a great job of maintaining the property. The pool and the ocean is there for you to enjoy all day .

Das Resort ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem tollen Pool und nicht zu groß. Leider ist der Strand nicht mehr so gut erhalten wie auf manchen Bildern, da ein Sturm vor einiger Zeit den Strand zum Großteil abgetragen hat. Die Betten sind bequem allerdings bei mehreren Nächten etwas hart. Unser Zimmer war in einem der Gartenbungalows und nachts absolut ruhig.
