Un hôtel à recommander
L’hôtel est situé dans la principale rue de Custer, ce qui permet d’accéder facilement à pieds aux restaurants, boutiques, etc. L’accueil était parfait, tout comme la chambre.

Chambre propre mais assez petite par rapport au standard américain.Clim bruyante, vue sur le mur voisin. Petite piscine. Ordinateur de la réception "squatté" toute la soirée par un proche de la réceptionniste... Correct mais l'un des moins bien de nos 22 nuits dans l'ouest américain. Il y a surement mieux à Custer

Nous avons séjournée une nuit dans cet hotel. Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions demandé, puisque nous voulions un grand lit et nous avons eu deux lits. De plus nous demandons toujours "non fumeur" et là nous avons eu une chambre "fumeur". Le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible. nous avons vraiment été déçus par cet hotel.

Pretty nice facility, very limited breakfast. Pool is broken indefinitely which sucked but could use other pools of same brand nearby. Great location.

There is not an elevator here. There is not a pool here. Room was small. Had issues with the temp. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy enough. Good location.

Overall stay was ok. Pleasant staff. Called to see if early check in was possible and he took the time to check. Website should have been updated with no pool available. Breakfast options were bland. It would not take much to add a few options for a hot breakfast choice.

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean and quiet. There is no elevator but front desk attendant offered to help with luggage as I was traveling with my elderly parent.

Advrtised a pool on-line, but pool was not operational. Did not offer a discount or 2-hour extended stay at checkout. Did not clean our room after 3-days which the sign said they would. Dated and stuffy.

Our room had an odd stench to it but appeared clean, hotel was very close to the shops and eateries downtown-not even a block away, hotel pool was closed down, but they gave us a pool pass to get into other hotels pools-very inconvenient especially since that was a major factor in why we booked this hotel with kids-should be giving a discount if your advertising a pool and you don't have one and making clients awkwardly and inconveniently take their kids to another hotel.

The location is excellent. It's easy to find. However, the staff was not accommodating and the breakfast was not enough for the guests but nobody seemed to care. The room is not cleaned every day, which was not mentioned earlier but the rate is not cheap. However, upon checking out, the? manager talked about out experience and was trying to be accommodating to us.
