L’hôtel est caché à l’intérieur d’une cour avec arcades. Trop caché car aucun panneau indiquant l’hôtel. 30 minutes a le chercher. Sinon la chambre Pacha est magnifique, seul bémol, lumière toute la nuit et aucune insonorisation, prévoir masque et boulequies

This is a great place to stay right in the middle of the city. We were able to walk to the plaza, local shopping, and museums. Plenty of access to everything. Staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the price.

Esta a 8 minutos caminanado de la plaza de armas, igual al mercado de San Pedro, al lado del Koricancha, fueron muy diligetes en conseguirnos transporte y un servicio de transporte para ir a un tour. Siempre hubo agua caliente, y a pesar que estaban llenos el ambinete siempre fue muy tranquilo. Por otro lado, su wifi fue muy malo, sus muebles a pesar que son hermosos (tallados de madera-unicos) no son muy funcionales, debieron conseguir una arquitecto que les ayude en el tema de distribucion, los dos cuartos que utilizamos no tenian ventilacion en el bano. no habia un lugar donde poder poner las maletas, o un escritorio. el desayuno a pesar que era lo suficientemente variado, y el personal se esforzaba por complacer a los huespedes, era en un ambiente muy frio, y eso le bajaba la calidad muy rapidamente a los productos. Necesita aun muchos accesorios para utilizar en el bano. Su relacion precio-calidad esta casi justa.

The location of the hotel is very good, near onde of the most important attraction of the city. But, it’s a little bit hard to find but there is not a lot of problem because the taxi drivers and the drivers of the tourist vans know it. The crew is a little bit unprepared but they are very kind. They do not offer help with touristic attractions or restaurants. Our room was big but did not have places to storage our luggage or closets. Place is 3 blocks from main plaza, 2 blocks to stores, banks, 4 blocks to laundry facilities, is on an alley so no access by car, short walk to main door. Rustic hotel, quiet from traffic noise but thin walls you can hear neighbors, building with many steps. Shower and bathroom floor if wet is a hazard, one heater for all 3 levels, no door handle on shower doors, no light switch to steps going down to bathroom, no operating restaurant as showed on website, closed for many months, no food warmers for breakfast food in basement breakfast room, a bot dark, but food quality is good, a bit understaffed. Nice place for one night and move on.

El hotel limpio, bien ubicado. Ambiente acogedor y amigable. Sin embargo al ser una casona no cuenta con ascensor así que no es apto para personas de movilidad reducida. Por otro lado, tuve problemas al hacer el check in ya que no me daban la habitación (suite) que había reservado alegando que era error del sistema de reserva (expedia). Al final pudo solucionarse. Recomiendo llamar directamente al hotel para confirmar la reserva de la habitación que ha elegido. El desayuno es buffet y muy variado.

It is located in an excellent place, right next to the Qorikancha temple. It is very close to Avenida El Sol which has a lot of banks and Plaza de Armas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside was the Wi-Fi and TV services were not consistent. Also, the pillows were not good. They always left one towel less than what we needed (4 people).

Giant comfortable bed and view over the rooftops.

The staff here is extremely pleasant! Equipped our room with 2 heaters because it was quite chilly in the evening. Loved that we had 3 floors for our stay. The tea with the coca leaves was easily accessible and always full. There were body towels, however no hand towels to dry hands are wash up with. Breakfast was good, servers could be a tad bit more attentive to all guests dining. Would highly recommend Waman!

Four things were falsely advertised at this hotel: Free airport transfer (we paid 25 soles each way) Free bottled water Breakfast buffet A restaurant. All of these were listed as included in our room here on hotels.com, but none were actually. Remember to bring warm clothes, because there is no heating at this hotel. One day i spotted an electric radiator which we were allowed to bring to the room. Only one of the staff members speaks english and but he was very helpful. The beds were very good though and there was a big TV in front of it with netflix already signed in. The shower was also great and the bathtub.

At first we laughed about people not finding the hotel (reading other reviews), but it is really hard to find (take note of this if you arrive late). The shower in our room didn't work properly and it could have been a bit cleaner, but the staff that work there are super kind and very helpful. If you have any problems during your stay I am sure they will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay!

I found chewed gum and nail clippers in my room
I booked a room for me and my fiance for a romantic getaway. We booked this particular room because we thought the bath looked amazing. Arriving at the hotel we realize that the bath is non-workable and the handyman couldn't fix the bath in our time there because of a lack of tools. They offered us another room which was less homie and with way too many beds for us. After taking our luggage to the room, we come to the realization that they did not do a very good job at cleaning. There was gum (already chewed), and a toenail clipper in the frame of the window. My fiance was livid and the best thing they could do was to give us complimentary pisco sours for our troubles. We understand that the hotel industry is struggling right now with COVID and restrictions, but exactly for those reasons, they should do better with thoroughly cleaning rooms before offering them.

Friendly staff, very clean place. I slept well, no noise. Room and bath are huge. Love the shower and bathtub, hot water worked fine. It is closed to many attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Good location, good price
Nice place with a very good price-benefit ratio. A bit off that they won’t even offer you a bottle of water on your stay, but the beds are extremely comfortable and you get a good night sleep.

So great we came back again!
Great value, charming space, excellent location, kind staff. Only complaint is that water in shower is only one temperature (super hot). But otherwise we had an excellent stay. Americans who are used to hotels having the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer) bring your own if you need them.

Hab mich wie zu Hause gefühlt
Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Nettes Personal, hübsches sauberes, grosses und ruhiges Zimmer und auch beim Frühstück alles Spitze ( auf Nachfrage gibt es auch Spiegeleier und die kriegen sie perfekt hin.} Das Hotel befindet sich in einen historischen Gebäude und hat keinen Aufzug ~ das Personal hilft mit den Koffern. Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze - alles was man braucht ist quasi fast vor der Haustüre. Vom Hotel aus sind es ca 8 min zu Fuß zur Plaza das Armas. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

We arrived this address at 10 pm during heavy raining, we cannot find any sign with this Hotel name, Door was closed, and show a business sign is " ANKA Restaurant". Our Canadian cell no signal at Cusco, Peru. we stand on heavy rain got whole body wet trough. finally I local people pass there help us made a phone call, a hotel staff open door.. After check in , we enter a sign to us room. There is fully fill a new painting's formaldehyde vapor in room, and this room without windows. no people can live in this surroundings. We ask change a room, their manager coming, at first moment he told us it is nothing wrong this vapor smell. I told him I am a engineer I know what is smell come from and show him the new painting on washroom door and frame. After that he told us no room available for us change, They only can do the return our paid booking fee, let us go for find other hotels. Everybody think about it was 11 pm on heavy raining, we are no available cell phone, not speck local Spanish, plus if you knock a hotel which room price I will get. My wife and me we keep require help, finally they call another hotel and book a Taxi send us to new hotel, We got refund from this hotel and add $ 5 USD live in another hotel it was 12 middle night. This hotel check out time is 10 AM, it not show on booking information.

清潔で対応も良いが場所は見つけにくい
清潔でシャワーの水圧も問題なく部屋も広々してマチュピチュ行く間の2日間も荷物を預かってもらい対応も良かったです。 場所が少し見つけにくいかと思います。 レストランと併設されていて通りには看板が出てないので探すのが大変でした。

Fiquei muito desconte te inicialmente pois não pegava Wi-Fi no meu quarto e após instalar-me trocaram de quarto Consertaram e voltei no dia seguinte no meu quarto O cadê da manga ficou muito a desejar e após reclamação de pura hóspede melhorou Mas o que me deixou muito atrasada foi o comportamento de um funcionário que no dia que voltamos de Machu Picchu tarde maus de 1 hora da manhã pois voltamos no último trem não achávamos a campainha da porta lateral pois a porta da frente as 22 horas já é fechada e varamos na porta lateral e ele não abria Quase dormi com meu filho na rua noite fria e graças a guardas de outro hotel terem sido gentis e terem telefonado (pois ando com o cartão do hotel na bolsa)pediram para ele abrir s porta lateral e ele falou q só abriria mediante tocar a campainha Enfim o fim fiquei muito chateada lá é muito escuro e estávamos exaustos Tiveram funcionários muito bons compensaram esse por isso continuei lá pis minha vontade era de no dia seguinte sair do hotel O hotel precisa de reparos longe de ser ruim mas precisa são pequenos detalhes de buracos na parede q dentro de um quarto super arrumado chocam Longe de ser hotel ruim mas como tive esse problema me chateou muito Também pego lanche p levar s Machu Picchu e esqueceram.... me atrasaram até fazer ... Funcionários vem jovens !!!

Las habitaciones muy amplias, el hotel con excelente ubicación. El Gerente del hotel muy amable y servicial. Es un gran lugar para hospedarse. Recomiendo no pagar con tarjeta, ya que te cobran una comisión del 10%!!

Buenas tardes estimado huesped. Muy amable por sus comentarios positivos, para nosotros fue un gusto acogerlo en nuestro hotel. tenga la seguridad que a partir del mes de Abril ya no cobraremos el recargo del 10% si pagan con tarjeta. Que tenga una excelente tarde! :)

アレハンドロさんという受付の方には特に親切にしてもらいました。 高山病にかかりましたが、アレハンドロさんのお陰で回復し残りの旅を楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
