« Charming house—lives much larger than expected for square footage. Off-road, designated parking, very functional kitchen, A/C worked too well and had to adjust, nice outdoor space for water-side meals. Host checked in with us and responded quickly. Strong community program —we were invited to attend Christmas program. Felt secure. Onsite laundry a plus! Loved the bikes and kayaks. LOVE the canal access. »

« The unit was perfect for us..the A/C worked great especially during the highest temperatures ever recorded. We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks. I would highly recommend this place and will probably rent this again »

« Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated! « Location and views are perfect, the home itself needs love. Lots of things broken. The pool is very clean kept up. The docks are nice. Landscaping is great!! Space in the home is amazing, the screened in porch makes the space huge. We opened the windows and doors and never shut them until we left partially because we couldn't, no idea how to lock the doors. 🤔😂 It was amazing. Big bathroom shower has no water, the smaller one has water but comes out weird. Fridge freezes the food and has no...

« We had a great stay! The view from the balcony of this house is 180 degrees of the ocean and several distant keys. We loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The house is new and everything inside was in perfect working condition. We enjoyed swimming in the very warm and large community pool and felt very safe in the gated community. The local property manager was very responsive and we felt very welcomed. »
