« The property is very nice, a large unit with a lot of amenities, great view from upper shared roof. Had a problem with the package Orbitz/MapQuest showing it 3-4 streets from Ferry drop off. I’ve used it for years on proper location. Switched to google after discussion with agent and unit is not to far from Downtown up and down a couple of hills also has a very steep driveway and tight turn around issues. 4 wheel drive is a must not a recommendation as noted on the property info at the very...

« Had a great stay. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the town's traffic noise, this is it. Great views of the town below from the terrace/balcony and kitchen. The modern and quiet air conditioning system in the kitchen was enough to cool the whole apartment, but if you need some extra cold, the bedrooms have their own AC. It was a pleasure to chat with the owner and learn about the island and its history. »

« The location was perfect! We could sit on our balcony and drink our coffee each morning and watch the sunset poolside each afternoon. We caught fish one day and grilled dinner several evenings. The bedrooms were spacious and well decorated and so were the bathrooms, but the rock outdoor showers connected to the restrooms were my absolute favorite! This vacation in St. John has surpassed our favorite Costa Rican vacay. »

« Amazing home with everything we needed for both beach days and hanging by the pool, as well as cooking in. « We enjoyed our recent stay at Poi Pu. The home is ideal for families and is in a great location. The hammock was the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! Views were incredible and the location is ideal for Cruz Bay and the surrounding beaches in that area. The home was clean and comfortable. « Our second time staying on St. John in recent years (visited '23 last) and Edward's condo was perfect for our family of 5! The living room and kitchen furnishings provided ample space and comfort, and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and had A/C. The location was ideal along Centerline, and the driveway was easily manageable with the Jeep (called Edward to find the property and he directed us).
