« Great location. About 10 min from Cruz Bay and not too far from beaches on north side of island. Very helpful that it had beach chairs and cooler, didn’t remember seeing that in the listing so that was a great surprise. The setting in the jungle made it unique and the outdoor seating was a great way to enjoy it. »

« Absolutely perfect for two people. Very close to Cruz Bay, but at the same time is very private and quiet. St. John is generally a safe place, but the outer gate to the property makes it feel even more secure. Property owners/managers are incredibly responsive and timely to any questions. The washer and dryer in the cottage allowed us to pack light. The small private pool was great and much needed for winding down after a trip to a different beach and snorkeling each day. « We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Vista! The owner provided great information in advance, about not only the rental property, but also about ferry/taxi options, beach and restaurant info/suggestions, etc. This helped us tremendously with our trip planning. Everything was clean, with plenty of bath and kitchen towels provided. « We had a wonderful time at Craig and Jennifer's cottage. We did not rent a car so did some good walking but that is the experience we wanted. The cottage is distanced from the bay so it was very quiet - the sounds of nature were lovely to fall asleep to. Kitchen had a great setup, and there was a grill outside too (however we did not use it). They were very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, we would definitely stay here again. »

« Anestasi is the perfect quiet getaway with a stunning view! The property was very clean with a great vibe and enjoyable to hang around. It’s located in a great area with easy access to Cruz Bay. « Samuel’s Cottage was perfect for our third trip to St John! We prefer to stay close, and this location was great for walking into town, but providing more privacy than being “in the town”. The place is well air conditioned, and clean! Provides many amenities including beach chairs, beach towels, and extra linens/pillows. It is a steep driveway, so driving up/down is fine, but if you plan to walk everywhere, the hill is not suited for mobility issues. »

« Very clean and a central location. Air conditioning also worked well. Appreciated available chairs and towels. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work. Host contacted repairman however they did not come during our stay. Location is noisy due to the busy street and neighbors rooster, of which is not within the hosts' control. Overall we enjoyed our stay in St. John. »
