Answered all questions quickly, which helped so much with first timers on the island.She was there for check in, made sure we had all we needed, gave us the tour of the property, and where all the equipment was for our use.Having the grill was a huge plus. « This was a great place to stay and checked all of the boxes for us: very clean, walking distance to town, many of the necessities and niceties, and the owners are very communicative. And the bottle of rum was very nice. Please read previous reviews about the roosters and need for ear plugs - you will need them. « Really amazing stay here. These are newer or well-updated units. The space is comfortable, and extremely walkable as it was centrally located to everything in Cruz Bay (ferry, taxis, bars, grocery, etc.). It even had a small but pretty awesome ocean view! This space is perfect for 2 people. You can fit up to 4 but it would be a tight squeeze. Only note - the units are at the top of 2.5 flights of stairs so keep that in might if you are accessibility-conscious. We had everything we needed while...

« The Happy Place was wonderful. It was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful view. Although it is up in the hills, getting there was not difficult after we were shown the way. We were met at Cruze Bay upon arrival. One evening there was a road closure at the road on our familiar route. We called Dennis and he navigated us home. The bed was comfortable, and the TV worked well. We watched a Kansas University basketball game and the winter olympics. Hopefully we can return someday. »
