Escape to tranquility at this stunning executive home nestled on 7 private acres overlooking the serene Fawn Lake in Crosslake. Boasting over 3,200 square feet of meticulously designed living space, this retreat offers an unparalleled vacation experience. You'll love the spacious feel of the high, vaulted ceilings as you gather around the oversized kitchen island, perfect for creating lasting memories.

The Space:
Spend quality time in the lower level's entertainment area, featuring a pool table, bar, and TV for games and fun. The lakeside primary bedroom offers a fireplace for cozy evenings and a walkout deck where you can greet the day with a cup of coffee and the peaceful sounds of nature.

Prepare culinary delights in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances.

Spacious main living area combining the kitchen, dining room, and a smart TV, plus a walk-out deck for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Enjoy the lake with 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and a 4-person pedal boat provided for your use.

Indulge in the main floor primary bedroom retreat, complete with a fireplace, walkout deck, oversized jacuzzi tub, and a full bathroom featuring a double shower.

Head down stairs to the ultimate entertainment zone in the walk-out lower level! Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool on the brand-new table, while others gather around the built-in bar, perfect for mixing cocktails or a game of cribbage. A 70-inch smart TV provides the perfect backdrop for movie nights or catching the big game. When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, simply step through the patio doors and gather around the fire pit under the stars, with the lake just steps away.

Other Things to Note:
* All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees, those are non-refundable.
* For non-Airbnb bookings, final charges will include credit card processing fee.
* This property allows a max of 2 dogs at a $50 fee per pet for the entire stay.
* Fawn Lake does not have a dedicated public access for boat launching. This lake is great for kayaks canoes etc. The home features a private dock and there's some fishing in the lake and off the dock as well.
* Hard wired Bluetooth enabled speakers allows guests to connect your own device to the main level and deck speakers.
* The three smart TV’s have guest mode enabled, allowing you to connect to your streaming services.

Lake Country Unwind

Terrific spot, and perfect place to relax and just be with family (including our two Labs)! Highlight of each day was paddling out to the main area of Fawn Lake and swimming. Blissfully quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was beautiful; kitchen fully stocked; beautiful landscaping. Water full of weeds and Lilly pads - could not use canoe or paddle board. VRBO charged us 12% over fee for cabin. This is outrageous and completely out of line. We should get a refund from VRBO, not PM management

Our family of 9 rented in mid July 2024. We found the property to be nothing short of spectacular. Seven acres made it very private. The home is spacious with separate sleeping areas for each of our 3 families and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, except for dishwasher pods. The location on Fawn Lake is very weedy making it imposable to swim off the dock. We did kayak and paddle board to the main part of the lake which was beautiful, including and eagle's nest with young eagles. The reason for the less than 5 star review was the lack of communication from the management company during our stay. Both an email and subsequent voicemail were never returned. The concerns were minor but if had the issue been significant, I'm not sure how it would have been addressed.

Fireplace on main floor didn't ignite. Dining room table has big crack. Toilet seat downstairs is broke. Only 2 candles work by Jacuzzi tub. The plug for Jacuzzi tub doesn't work. The outside grill was dirty.

Beautiful Getaway

What a perfect place for a family gathering! We enjoyed cooking together, cooking smores over a fire, playing pool, paddle boarding, kyacking, and canoeing. The property is beautiful! We would love to visit again!

A Dream Family Vacation!

This property is stunning! The home is inviting and cozy. The attention to up north decorating and gorgeous wood tones is top notch! My husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and 1 small dog spend 7 wonderful days at this home for our first family vacation since our children were teenagers. We love the Crosslake area, golfing, shopping, exploring, relaxing and just being together
so this property was perfect for our family. We didn’t use the water at all, as we went on Crosslake with a family member on their boat, BUT the sunsets were spectacular! Having 3 levels was so nice for our family to each retreat to for some quiet time, and each having our own bathrooms per family was a luxury. We hosted a barbecue with extended family, and the large table was perfect for our family to sit together! This property is luxurious and we truly felt at home! Oh, and the whirlpool/Jacuzzi was an added bonus in master suite, especially after my husband threw his back out
he was back on the golf course quickly after using it! We highly recommend this property without any hesitation at all! Definitely 5 PLUS stars from our family.

Family getaway

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty spacious for bedrooms and living areas. Dining table was huge, plenty of seating. Many blankets around. The paddle boards, kayak, canoe, and paddle boat were all great fun added to the place. Nice fire pit area and deck. Wonderful beds and pillows. We would stay again.

Worked well with large group

We had 7 adults and two children and this house worked well. We enjoyed the various levels for privacy and the pool table was a big hit. Cozy, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great for entertaining the group.

Wonderful Christmas

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious, clean, and comfortable cabin. We were able to celebrate Christmas as a family together by cooking great food, playing games, and watching lots of movies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back sometime this summer!

Family time

This was a great place for us to relax and unwind and slow down so we could spend quality time together as a family! The house is exactly like the pictures, clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The deck and walkout patio were beautiful and we had a great time using the kayak, canoe and paddle boat out in the water. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. The property was quiet and private with woods surrounding it. We felt like we were all alone even though there are neighbors near by and it’s just off a main highway. The property is tucked back in the woods far enough where you do not notice any traffic noise, but it’s a quick drive to town if you needed anything. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities. Kitchen was wonderful and well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of soft blankets and pillows. Master suite and bathroom were luxurious. Whole family enjoyed the pool table on the lower level. Balcony was a great spot to read, enjoy morning coffee watch sunsets. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Water craft were in good condition and we paddle out to Fawn Lake a few times. Lots to see and do in the area while still enjoying chill time at home. Recommend Our Boat Club and Crow Wing Kayak both in Cross Lake for more water adventures.

Relaxing, Fishing, and fun
