« I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment. When I returned for the day and turned on the lights roaches scattered across the floor. Roaches were even in the bed. I left and they would not give a refund for the nights I paid for. »

« We had a lovely 2 night stay. The owners and host were wonderful. We were so happy to have use of the golf cart and bicycles. The cottage is adorable with beautiful touches all around. »

« Quaint little boutique hotel. Bed comfortable, good shower, quiet. When I arrived there was no staff there. They left a key on the counter with instructions. Front door stays open night and day which is highly unusual. Quiet town so I wasn’t too worried. Good dead bolt on bedroom door so felt safe. »

« We absolutely loved our stay on Smith island in this adorable cottage. Laura the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The cottage was clean, well stocked (which is important for this type of unique experience) and decorated very cute. The local people were very friendly and we enjoyed the scenery of the island. We will definitely be back! »

« Such a cozy, immaculate clean and peaceful loft that we were so grateful to find and will be returning often! It’s the small things that are big for us and the fresh eggs left in the refrigerator for us to enjoy was a big added touch to our awesome weekend getaway along with a few other things …we enjoyed everything! Loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens! Thank you so much Sarah & Jensen for providing such a peaceful and beautiful loft! Oh the light on top the loft shines so...
