We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. « I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. I was cooking christmas dinner which was a bit harder as there was no working potato peeler and there was not a small knife to use, only large ones. There was also no whisk but...

« We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. « The house is quirky, lots of stairs, so could be a challenge with small children. Kitchen needs a few more items to meet expectations. Comfortable rooms & beds, great to have so many bathrooms. Location is superb in the centre of Falkland. »
