« Un pub familial comme on se l'imagine avec quelques chambres simple et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 2-3 nuits. Le personnel est adorable. Plutôt adéquat lorsqu'on a une voiture. »

« A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town.
No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. »

« We have stayed here before several times but this time was really disappointing. We booked an accessible room but on arrival we were told this wasn't available and we were on the first floor. It was fortunate my operation for a knee replacement was postponed or I wouldn't have managed the stairs (no lift). The first floor room was stifling as it was during the ongoing heatwave. No fan provided.
We went straight to get a cold drink (having driven 200 miles we were parched). Ordered the drinks...

« Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and full of character—and the gardens are simply breathtaking. Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience.

« It was difficult coming from Monmouth.It said road closed when you turned left at Aldi.Spent 15mins trying to find another route.Phoned the hotelier and he said it was blocked but you had to turn left and ended up in a narrow track with no passing room.Roadworks are finished next week. »
