PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES AND AS SUCH IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
Located just 10 minutes from downtown Crested Butte, this cabin is also within walking distance of a local coffee shop, a few eateries, a new brewery, and a liquor store. Only 20 minutes from a world-renowned Vail-owned ski resort, you can also catch the free shuttle that is within walking distance of the cabin that will take you to the town of Crested Butte, or to the ski slopes. Experience all the charm and adventure Crested Butte has to offer, then retreat to the peace and tranquility of the cabin, situated just outside the city limits, whenever you desire. This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.
The Space: THIS PROPERTY (SLEEPS 8) AND FEATURES TWO FULLY EQUIPPED PRIVATE UNITS, WITH A LOCK OFF AND SEPARATE ENTRANCE FOR BOTH.
Main Cabin - Main Level (Sleeping Capacity up to 3): Entryway/Mudroom: Outside entryway you will find a rack to place skis and snowboards during winter, and just as you step inside, a warm spot for your boots and coats. Living Area: This stunning open concept area features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase a breathtaking, picturesque view of the riverfront, an ideal setting for morning coffee and tea or evening cocktails by the oversized modern gas fireplace. With plush couches and a charming nook perfect for curling up with a blanket and a good book while you relax taking in the river view. For entertainment, login to your favorite streaming platforms and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV mounted above the fireplace. Kitchen: Thoughtfully stocked upscale modern gourmet kitchen with a pantry and everything you would need for complete meal prep as well as the perfect coffee bar for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. Dining with a View: Our beautiful all wood transformer table and benches effortlessly adjust to seat anywhere from 4 to 8 guests, making it the ideal centerpiece for shared meals and meaningful conversations, all with breathtaking river views as your backdrop. Bedroom: This main-level bedroom, known as the “Wildflower Room,” offers a beautifully updated modern retreat with a spacious King bed, an ideal sanctuary for relaxation and tranquility after a day full of adventure. Sofa Bed: The main living area includes a twin sofa bed that sleeps up to one adult. Bathroom: This main-level bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the “Wildflower Room,” features a spacious, newly remodeled bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry Room: This room features one of two full-sized, modern washer and dryer sets available at this cabin, complete with laundry essentials, including an ironing board and an iron.
Main Cabin - Upper Level (Sleeping Capacity up to 7): Primary Suite with Ensuite Bathroom: Experience comfort and tranquility in this thoughtfully designed “River Retreat Room.” The spacious bedroom accommodates up to four guests, featuring a cozy King bed, a Queen daybed with a Twin trundle, and a charming sitting area with floor-to-ceiling riverfront windows—perfect for savoring your morning coffee while enjoying the soothing sights and sounds of the river. A well appointed office workspace is also included, providing a productive setting with an inspiring view. The modern ensuite bathroom completes the experience with plush bathrobes, bath sheets, and all the essentials for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. Bunk Room with Ensuite Bathroom: This charming room features two cozy full-sized beds and a twin trundle, making it an ideal retreat for both kids and adults. Also included is its own modern, private ensuite bathroom equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable start and end to the day. Cabin Attached Apartment Lock-Off (Sleeping Capacity up to 4) Perfect for multiple families, this cabin includes an attached lock off apartment accessible from the interior by the hallway off the kitchen, or through its own private exterior entrance. This apartment includes its own Mudroom with a full laundry station, a beautifully remodeled Bathroom, a modern Kitchen with eating space for 4, and a spacious Bedroom located upstairs with a comfy Queen bed, a Full-size daybed and a Twin trundle bed. This space comfortably sleeps 2 adults with a small child. Outdoor Space Words can’t fully describe the serenity and beauty provided in this outdoor space, where you’ll experience direct riverfront access and the ultimate in tranquility. Relax around the custom fire pit area with adirondack chairs situated right on the riverbank, or grill your favorite dishes and dine with friends and family indoors or outside on the spacious patio. Engage in outdoor games, unwind in the hammock with a good book while listening to the river’s soothing sounds, or gather for a group yoga session by the water. For the anglers, enjoy fly fishing right from your back door, or slip into the new hot tub located on the river’s edge to soothe sore muscles after a day on the slopes, all while gazing at the night sky. The wildlife viewing is spectacular and you may even get a visit from our friendly fox, who likes to come by daily just to say hello.
EXTRAS: 2 Sets of modern high efficiency Washer and Dryers as well as an iron and ironing board. Kitchen: All the gourmet essentials plus a blender, crock-pot, popcorn & s'mores maker, nespresso, drip & french press coffee maker. Outdoor Fun: grill, hammock, fishing, yard games, walking distance to trails and local establishments, peace and tranquility on the full riverfront. Kid-Friendly: dishes/cups, pack 'n play, high chair, and lots of board games, etc. Parking: for up to 5 cars in the summer and 4-5 in the winter depending on snow removal. Getting Around: You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.
Other Things to Note: We want you to love our home as much as we do, but, please respect it and its surroundings; no smoking inside or outside due to local fire risks ($1,000 fee applies for smoke removal.) AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended November through April. Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM; respect all neighbors and wildlife. For security, an outdoor camera at the front entrance with audio ensures safety—privacy is our priority, and no cameras are within the home. Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. This property will allow one dog for a $150 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and should be crated if left alone on the premises. There is a portable crate available for guest pet use located in the apartment mudroom. This property has a ring doorbell for security purposes. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, not on the street. This property shares a driveway with the neighbor and can handle 5 vehicles comfortably. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.
