She even gave us the name and contact of a very good transportation agency that helped us get from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. We were amazed by the beauty of her property! The photos don’t do it justice. Luz and Rusven were very kind and helpful. We hope to return! »

« The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« Once arrived to the property the hotel was close and there was no communication with the front desk. I have to schedule another hotel near by on my own spend to relocate my family and I am still fighting with the agency to recover my loss investment »
